We absolutely loved this home. 5 star for everthing. Incredible sunsets as a bonus.

Owner was helpful with a broken kitchen faucet. Replaced it promptly. Empty propane tank was replaced promptly.
Location good for us. King Bed had a big lump in the middle. For a three bedroom that sleeps 8 house came with a mini coffee maker that made 4 cups. We bought a 12 cup for convenience. Biggest
problem was owners things filled up all cabinets in kitchen. NO room for groceries etc when we stocked up for our three month stay.
We had to remove things and move to open up a little space in three different cabinets.
Bath OK and pool area OK and grill was good quality.
Be advised that stove is INDUCTION so it takes getting used to.
Owner seems to be open to questions and comments.

The home is quite comfortable and furnished with good sturdy furniture. The master bedroom mattress is a Tempurpedic. The children’s beds are small. The guest bedroom queen sized bed is made up with king sheets so you might want to bring your own queen size sheets. The fabric of all of the bedsheets was quite course, but we always travel with our own so this posed no problem for us as we covered what was on the bed with our own. The kitchen is a good size and has nice appliances, including an induction cook top a newer, three door refrigerator, a good oven, a small coffee maker, a Nespresso for Espresso coffee, a good blender, a toaster and an electric hot water pot for tea. There is both a breakfast room table and chairs and a furnished dining room.
The TV’s are large, but I would recommend bringing your own ROKU (we always do) or other device as very limited internet channel connection is provided by the host.
The washer and drier are great. When the Dyson vac failed the host promptly had a nice Miele delivered. There is no BaBQ grill on the patio. The pool is not heated, but looks lovely and the pool deck is equipped with nice furniture including 3 chase lounges, a round table with four chairs, a rectangular glass table with 4 chairs and four cushioned chairs around a fire table outside the master bedroom. The grapefruit tree yields wonderful fruit.
The house is decorated with a plethora of nicknacks and plastic greenery and plants. Way too much for my taste, but I am sure some might believe this adds earth to the home.
The views from this home are wonderful. It is located on a nice quiet street in the mountains.
I would have liked to have had a BarBQ, a heated pool and a lot less nicknacks and plastic greenery, but the house is lovely and it is located in a quiet neighborhood with scenic trails nearby.
