The property was as advertised in appearance, cleanliness, size, accommodations, amenities, and neighborhood. We had a minor inconvenience with the pool that was handled before we were even aware of it and an inconvenience rebate was applied to our account proactively. The major inconvenience that couldn't be corrected over the weekend is the failed shower in the master bedroom. It appears that there was a leak from beneath the shower pan. This kind of repair couldn't be done overnight so we were left with only one shower amongst 5 individuals for our stay. I communicated the issue to management but I don't believe there was any follow-up during our stay. A bit of an inconvenience but we made it work. I'm not sure how long something like that went unnoticed but if that's corrected I would definitely stay again.

We visited the Tampa area to see our daughter. The house was just as described. The communication was quick and informative. We received reminders to take out garbage and recycling on certain days. Overall very comfortable, roomy home with open kitchen. Well stocked kitchen, which is so helpful! Thank you for the wonderful stay!!

Great location close to airport, amenities, and on bay. Communication of PM was only through email on items but did get back to us on the sticking front door. Needed better instructions on TV operation (several remotes), pool was chilly and needed temp, moved up. Lack of mirrors for women, and could have used another full bath. So very clean. Would recommend to family and friends again.

We were in town for the Eagles-Bucs Monday night game and had a fantastic weekend. The owner was so responsive and super helpful leading up to our stay. Check-in was smooth and the house was just beautiful, better than the pictures. We had an amazing time lounging by the pool and were very close to the airport, the stadium and downtown Tampa. The kitchen was very well-stocked, the bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and the couches were large and comfortable for late night tv watching. Fabulous weekend!

We rented this house as “home base” for our daughter’s wedding. It worked out perfectly! Home was well stocked (honestly above and beyond well stocked from every other home we have rented). Owner was very responsive when we had an issue and it was addressed immediately. Highly recommend.

Very clean and fully stocked as previous reviews have stated. We picked this house for an extended stay in the heart of the Tampa Bay area to visit family and friends while enjoying some much needed downtime. The pool and backyard area were perfect. Melinda is a fantastic host as well.

This is an awesome location if you want to be close to Tampa attractions. It's a short drive to Busch Gardens, the aquarium, beaches and downtown Tampa. So much fun kayaking and paddle boarding on the waterways. The pool was nice to lounge in after a busy day!

Loved our stay here. The home is clean, updated and much larger on the inside than it looks. The neighborhood is great and the backyard amenities make this place special. Would highly recommend.

Staying at this property was fantastic! We were here for work and vacation and on the days of work it was great to come back and grill out and chill on the patio with the pool. We felt at home and was so great to cook when we were not up for going out for dinner. This home was beautiful, well stocked and was perfect for a little extra channel water activities. We were able to see sting rays!
All in all this place was wonderful and Melinda was so great at accommodating us on short notice. She was also quick to respond.

Fabulous Tampa retreat!
We stayed at this lovely home for a week in mid-June and it was fantastic! The description is entirely accurate - spacious home, looks brand new, with everything you need for your vacation. Very well stocked in the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, etc. and that's very hit or miss in rentals. The only thing missing was pool floats for the kids and we helpfully left a couple in the garage :)
This is a quiet neighborhood in a great location perfect for families. Minutes to everything we wanted to do. The trip from the airport was maybe 10 minutes; Publix, Target, and everything else within a 5 minute drive; short trip into downtown Tampa; 45 minute drive to Clearwater Beach. Now, all that is if you leave the house. Basically no reason to leave the pool area as others have said. We heated the pool (as I do everywhere we go because who wants a cold pool???) and it was perfect, even though it was incredibly hot that week. We were in the pool at all hours of the day and night. The grandparents repeatedly remarked at the cleanliness of the pool!
We thought it was very kid friendly. We had a big kid and a toddler and they had no issues. It's on the canal (sting rays just swimming by!) but it's far enough away that it would take little legs a while before getting into the danger zone.
Last but not least, we have rented MANY homes through VRBO over the years and have never dealt with a more helpful, responsive owner. Ever. Melinda was light years beyond our prior experiences and much appreciated!
Beautiful home and we will be back anytime we visit Tampa. I highly recommend!

The pool and hot tub were great! It was nice to have many items (shampoo/soap) supplied at the house! I really liked the binder with all important information and suggestions! Melinda was responsive and helpful when we had questions.

A Little Piece of Paradise
We had the BEST time in Tampa for a short Family trip. The house is beautiful and the outside pool area was GREAT!! We actually never left the house for the 4 days we were there!!!

Great location, quiet neighborhood, and a very clean home. We saw a dolphin in the canal, lots of different birds, and lizards. Kitchen was fully stocked, TV has different movie apps available. There was an extra charge for the pools heater to be on, which we needed even in the nicer weather. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house on a canal in a quiet neighborhood
Melinda was a great host. She was responsive, and the check in process was simple. The house was as described and looked like the photos. It was situated in a quiet neighborhood on a canal. We were less than 15 minutes away from everything we wanted to do: Whole Foods, Raymond James Stadium, the beach. The beds were comfortable, and the house came stocked with everything you would need. I would highly recommend.

Cute Tampa VRBO with awesome Pool & Hot Tub
We had a nice stay here, my daughter absolutely loved the pool/hot tub. The unit had a lot of little extras (soaps, shampoos, laundry detergent, etc.) which was great to avoid having to buy misc items. Cute home, we had a nice stay.
