The home is an obvious flip. It looked beautiful and was stocked well. However, the home has serious plumbing issues (the plumbing flooded both bathrooms and ran into our bedroom ruining my suede bag that was on the floor) among other. One window was broken and didn't lock which was a safety concern due to the area the home was in. The master bathroom shower head and shower hose was broken to the point it was not usable. While the owner was responsive and did send out repair technicians for the plumbing issues and shower, dealing with constant repairs for 3 of the 4 days we were there took away from the experience and joy of the vacation we looked forward to for so long. To top it off the owner had the audacity to ask us to not leave a review unless it was 5 stars. The reason we chose this home was because of the reviews; which I know see are altered.

Overall the home was very nice. It was very clean when we arrived and had enough space to accommodate my family. I loved that the kitchen had all the dishes, cutlery and pots for us to be able to cook during our stay. The beds were pretty comfortable and we could not complain. The kids really enjoyed the pool and we even used the outdoor grill to cook. My only complaint was the AC was not cooling enough but it was extremely hot outside during our stay. Also has some ants in the property but I let the Management Property know so hopefully it will be taken care of. This is Florida so unfortunately we have a lot of bugs here. Other than that, I highly recommend this home and would stay here again. The kids liked the house and loved the room with the Playstation in it.

We really loved the property. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and replied right away. My son loved the game room he was so excited about it and definitely lived up to his expectation. Check in was smooth we had no issues. We had more then enough beds for everyone on our stay. Also the beds are the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in away from my house. The house was super clean and they provided toothbrushes and toothpaste in each bathroom along with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash already stocked in the shower. So if you forget your toiletries at home don’t worry because they got it covered. Also the pool man we loved the pool. When looking for a property we made sure to get one with a pool and it did not disappoint. The description does list heated pool which I overlooked but I reached out and ask for it to be turned down and they responded right away and took care of us. There was pool maintenance on certain days but we were never bothered or interrupted. 5 star rental hands down.

Very clean and cute home. The fenced in backyard was great for our 2 dogs. Had family from Seattle so they enjoyed the heated pool. Very roomy and loved the renovations and decor.

This house is absolutely beautifully done!!! It looks just like the pictures! The neighborhood is quiet & the people are friendly! They pretty much thought of everything too! The kitchen is very well stocked just was missing 2 things I needed to bake but I made due with no issue… there’s a toaster and blender!! Everything is top quality! There are plenty of pool & bath towels!!! They left a package of toothbrushes & small toothpaste out if we needed! It’s really nice when a host thinks of the little things! The beds are super comfy with nice soft pillows!! The pool is wonderfully heated! We had some issues towards the end of our stay but Mark was quick to get someone out to fix them even though it was a holiday! He was super quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay as well…never had a host that’s so responsive!! We would stay here again & we will recommend this home & any other Mark has to others to stay in!! It’s great to have an involved host who responds quickly!

Mark & Aline were very GREAT HOST, VERY RESPONSIVE, and the place was wonderful. It had more than any airbnb I been too. All the top of the line appliances, feminine women items (a plus), loads of towels, they even had Seasoning for cooking, Laundry Detergent for you to use and more than enough space for a family. My kids loved the heated pool. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO RENT ANYONE OFF THERE PROPERTY'S WHENEVER YOU IN FLORIDA.

The place is exactly as described. Impressively clean and welcoming upon arrival. The pool is simply amazing. Heated and very clean. I would definitely stay there again. The hosts were very quick at communicating when needed. The washing machine sings when it's done! Doesn't get much better than that!

This house was perfect for our family stay. It was spotless and all set up for us when we walked in. We truly enjoyed the pool when we had a few minutes to relax, especially with 3 teenagers! The house was very well presented and very clean when we arrived! It was in a good location, about 25-30 min to Clearwater! We had 8 adults and did not feel crowded in the house. We appreciated the large table for everyone to be able to sit together! The pool was a huge plus and was clean and heated! The house was stocked with great amenities such as: bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, shampoo, tooth paste and tooth brush! It was located in a quiet neighborhood! The host and hostess were really good about communicating and quick to respond!

Great updated place with lots of beds! Interior updates make the place feel modern and fresh. Location is super convenient to several stores and restaurants. Our group enjoyed the multiple sleeping arrangements. Could easily be shared by a couple of families. Tons of towels, toiletries provided & a nice snack selection on arrival. Thoughtful hosts!

We brought 2 of our adults kids and their spouses and children. The house had plenty of room and had everything we needed. The kids loves the pool. I loved that they had beach chairs and umbrellas that we could use at the beach as well. I would definitely stay here again!!! The inside of the home was very clean and well stocked with kitchen amenities and plenty of supplies to make your beach day comfortable. The one and only thing I found uncomfortable about the place was the security camera overlooking the pool area. We travel all over the United States, primarily using VRBO and we had never experienced that before. Otherwise, everything was great for our family of 5.

This is our annual family gathering. Originally we had booked another property that cancelled our reservation about two months before our trip. We were so fortunate that this property was still available. The house was exceptionally clean and the owners were very responsive and easy to work with. The pool was as advertised and our three year old mermaid of a granddaughter never left the pool. The location was central to so many things. We were able to go to various locations including Tampa to Busch Gardens and to Indian Rocks Beach among other places and it was incredibly easy to get where we needed to go from this location. We highly recommend this property.

Came down to stay for the St. Pete Invitational College Softball weekend. Had a blast. The house was exactly what we needed and is the best most-stocked house we have ever rented. We have rented many houses on VRBO and this was excellent. Thanks again and we will look to stay here again next year.
