Our stay was pleasant, and is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to old colorado city. Hosts were responsive and kind. Great location and stay for the price.

We always enjoy staying here. It meets all of our needs and the location on the westside of Colorado Springs makes it accessible to many of our favorite places.

Very cute place the only things needed some work the doors and there was no hot water in the kitchen. I would stay again, it was close to everything plus i felt safe. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The location is great. The house was as described and the owners communication was great. The television is small and there is no outdoor seating. There’s a decent sized gap around the front door so bugs can crawl in. It’s good if you’re planning to be out most of the day. Owners were highly responsive to any needs we had.

The rental was nice- the check in was easy. Communication with the owners was easy. They fixed any issues we had.
We purchased a shower mat and trash can for the bathroom since there was not ones there and the tub got very slick when wet.
The dishwasher leaked when the sink was used, the owner was very helpful and tried to help fix it. He had a plumber out the next day.
The yard is smaller than what it seems in the picture but it was great for our 12 week old puppy.
Our only couple complaints are that the front door window does not have a curtain on it and it’s off a busy road, and the front and back door have gaps around the doorframe and door, the back door was very hard to get locked- one of the bedroom doors would not close due to the foundation not being even.
But other than that it’s a great rental and we look forward to staying again next time we come to Colorado Springs

nice little house --centrally located in Old Colorado City area--lots of places to eat and shops--
easy access to I25 which takes you anywhere fairly quickly--
tub drained slow and front door has to be locked to shut--
minor things, overall good place to stay--

nice little house--quick access to I25. has good a/c and heat and parking off street. nice back fenced yard for your pets.
only two suggestions would be front door needs adjustment so it will shut w/out having to use deadbolt---tub slow to drain -

Wonderful for couple or small family. Very dog friendly.. Only improvement would be a non slip surface in tub, it was slippery to try and shower

It was a good stay overall. There were a few issues, entry doors hard to shut and lock, probably due to foundation shifting. Majority of the house is not level. You could tell there were recent updates to the interior, which were nice. There were no wash cloths, no extra trash bags, hand soap container was very low when we arrived and ran out quickly. No blinds on several windows and the drapes were pretty see through. Also, A/C vents worked great on the bathroom, but would not cool other area of the house very well.

Cute little home in Old City Colorado Springs! The location was awesome and close to just about everything. We experienced both pros and cons of the property but I believe with a little input, this place could be 5 stars! The property appears to be receiving an update/construction. The house is slanted, so the bedroom/bathroom doors wouldn't close... it was just e and my husband so not a biggie.
Living Room - lots of space but would be nice if there were side tables or a coffee table. Sofa bed was not so comfy, we didn't spend a whole lot of time sitting still so it was ok.
Kitchen - all the essentials are there, but no trash bags so we had to buy them along with paper towels. Only one hand towel for drying dishes so would have been nice to have more.
Bedrooms - one bed mattress was bouncy and noisy, the other one was like a brick wrapped in a sheet. We ended up having to sleep in separate rooms because of the beds. The AC vents were under the bed, so the rooms got pretty warm. We ended up using a comforter from one of the rooms to put over the window which helped significantly! Only the single set of sheets and duvet, would have been nice to have a couple extra pillows and sheet set/extra blankets.
Outside: Beautiful outdoor area on front and back porch but unfortunately no chairs to sit and enjoy it! Simple fold up chairs would have been nice so you could enjoy a cup of coffee in the cool Colorado mornings.
Again, overall pretty good - LOCATION is what provided *s

The property met most of our needs . It was in walking distance of the downtown and some grocery stores . The only concern we had was the lack of blinds and privacy in the property and the water in the tub did not drain well. Overall it was a decent stay .

If you are not too picky and looking for a lower price this might suffice for you. One bed is too soft one bed is too hard. Doors don't close on the interior doors. Hard to open the front door.

Perfect place for visiting our cadet at USAFA. Close to lots of attractions, quiet neighborhood, and a nicely renovated house.

Great location. Comfortable beds. Needs a bigger tv in the living area and one in a bedroom would have been great. Very nice outdoor area for pets.

Great location! Close to shops and restaurants.. Please is clean, comfy beds & nice sheets. Keyless entry pad is wonky....frustrating after numerous attempts to unlock, each time we wanted to enter (you gotta pull it just right, but we finally figured it out). The back patio are could use some lawn chairs for seating and some decorative lighting would be helpful. Overall, a nice place, and would definitely stay again.

Great Find
We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at this property. This cute little home is tastefully furnished and was immaculate. Check in was simple and the keyless lock provided for simple access each time we returned to the property. The location is perfect for those who love the attractions on the west side of Colorado Springs. My son and I enjoyed walking a few blocks to the restaurants in Old Colorado City. We were happy to find a dog friendly property, and the yard worked well for our two dogs. We will definitely return to this property on our next visit to the Springs.

Plenty of space and easy access to fun
There was plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 kids. The beds were great and we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was stocked but with the minimum basics. The house has easy access to the hwy and Manitou. Would stay here again!

Met our needs, would stay again
Perfect for my wife plus MIL. We cooked breakfast but no other meals so the cookware was sufficient. Nice enclosed backyard. Dog enjoyed laying on the turf in the morning sun. House counters and floor are, well, not level. That does add a dimension to cooking on the stove. And the door frames are not square so the interior doors really do not close; peculiar but not a showstopper. Could use room darkening shades for the bedroom. Basic seating for the back yard plus a small grill would make a nice addition to the place. I would like a clothing hook or two in the bathroom.

Great Location
We lucked into this little gem is straight forward no frills but fantastic location. Easy walk to "Old Town". Great spot to stay so you can do all the "must dos," (Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Royal Gorge etc) while vacationing in Colorado Springs.
