Not to mention, the view of the canal will welcome you each evening when you simply want to kick back and sip a cocktail as the sun goes down. For more fun nearby, the community boasts a shared hot tub for your enjoyment.

Inside, the open layout of the living, kitchen, and dining areas are filled with natural light and plenty of room for everyone to mingle with ease. Treat everyone to a tasty homecooked meal prepared on all of the modern appliances you are used to, or simply kick back on the sectional sofa and stream a favorite movie on the flatscreen TV. If you want to get a bit of privacy or shuteye, one bedroom awaits on the lower floor with an attached bathroom and three more are upstairs to accommodate larger groups with ease. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
