About this house rental

We love this spot. Our property is very central to much of life on the Cape with close access to many different beaches and locations to explore. If you want a flavor of different areas on the Cape during a week-long stay, this is the place to visit! We are close to highways, allowing easy travel to places like Hyannis, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, P-town, Mashpee Commons, Woods Hole, or Falmouth center. Yarmouthport and Dennisport are minutes away and there are TONS of shopping opportunities, restaurants and activities for kids of all ages, including hiking trails accessible from our neighborhood, a nearby golf course, half a dozen mini-golf and ice cream places within 5-10 minutes and nearby bike trail. We chose this location because we love to explore and the quaintness of this home and neighborhood makes for a peaceful escape for our family.

Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with smaller children. Parties are not allowed, and noise levels outside should be kept to a minimum to respect the neighbors. We have installed one device overlooking our backyard to monitor for excessive noise in order to prevent any neighborhood complaints.

A wonderful stay at Beach Lovers Escape. Convenient to everything , great yard for the kids to play, and quiet neighborhood for bike riding. The house had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. Bedrooms spacious with comfortable beds, and loved the ability to adjust the temperature in the rooms. Michelle was very responsive and helpful when needed. Overall a wonderful stay and would love to stay again.

This is our second time staying here. It’s a great house and communication with the owner is wonderful. The location couldn’t be better and the house is so spacious for our family of 4. Would highly recommend!!

My friends and I came down for the 4th and had the best time. The house fit all of us comfortably and we were able to have a couple of cookouts in the yard. The house was stocked up with everything we needed like towels and laundry supplies. Michele was great with communication and answered all of our questions before and during the stay. Would definitely recommend!!!

We visited this beautiful home for my birthday. This was a great experience as I was getting the chance to see siblings, and cousins that I haven’t seen for a while due to the pandemic. Beautiful and spacious house just as pictured. We made a fire twice in the pit and it was a great time. Host was communicative and kind! Would return!

We were traveling from Chicago and Atlanta. So the last thing we wanted to pack was linens, towels, etc. This home was completely stocked. Beautifully decorated, top of line appliances. Centrally located, which was great driving distance to Provincetown, Chatham, Mashpee, Hyannis. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful, responsive host. Beautiful, clean home with lots of the essentials for your home away from home visit to the Cape. Located in a neighborhood away from the touristy areas, short drive to grocery stores, restaurants, short drive to Seagull Beach now a favorite, longer drive to other beaches and destinations. Comfortable beds, plenty of space for everyone (we had two families of 4/5, with five children between us). Deck and fire pit add to summer evenings. Excellent choice.

We had a great stay staying at the Beach House. I had requested a pack n play as we were traveling with a 9 month old. It was there when we arrived. We were very busy and away much of the time because our “event” was in Chatham. But everything was as pictured with plenty of beds as needed. Lovely property and the weather was great.

Stayed with a group of friends for a long weekend and this house was perfect! It had everything we needed & then some. The location was great- convenient to beaches and downtown for coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. Michelle was a wonderful host.. very responsive and making sure our stay was perfect! Definitely recommend this place.

We booked this location because it was close to my mother. The house was a perfect size for my husband and I and my adult children and their young families. We hosted a small 80th birthday party for my mother at the house. We were incredibly happy with the house. It was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely rent this house again. The owners were attentive and communication was was efficient and easy.

Beach Lover's Escape was perfect for our family of 8. This home has been beautifully renovated, including a gourmet kitchen and modern bathrooms. The four bedrooms were roomy and the beds were very comfortable. Checking in and out was a breeze and the hosts Michele and Matt were easy to communicate with. The property is centrally located in a residential neighborhood with easy access to main roads and beaches. We will definitely choose Beach Lover's Escape for our next trip to the Cape!

What a special find!

What a special find!

We stayed at this home the first week of August. It was a last minute booking for us so I was thrilled when we got there. Our initial was Boy did we luck out! The home was so clean and was exactly as the post suggests. There was plenty of room for all of us -myself and 4young adults and their guests). I appreciated the spacious layout and out door yard area at night. It is a quiet residential area ( good for walking)yet so close to rt. 28 . There are 2 smaller ocean public beachfronts less than 5 min away.(Colonial acres and Baxter Ave - both free- just drive to end of those roads)Great for families . We also enjoyed kayaking ,Main st Hyannis. ,,and some great restaurants. Our hosts were great,responsive, quick to reply to questions and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Just returned from a week long vacation. Everything about this house was PERFECT. Starting with location. Short drive to the beach and town attractions. This house has everything you need. Spacious and very very clean. Will definitely return back.

This house was perfect for our family getaway and we are already planning to stay here again and take advantage of the close proximity to the ferry to Nantucket!! Everyone could not say enough about how clean it was and how thoughtful the owners are.
