This property is a perfect getaway. Our family truly enjoyed this Luxury Cabin in the Mountains. The home has every amenity you can think of and more. Clean, organized and inviting. We wanted a home that invited us to cook together, dine together, play games together, talk and laugh together, relax together. Venture out for those that choose to. LOL This property did NOT disappoint. Our sibling getaway was long overdue. This home provided memories we will cherish for years to come.

The house was clean and it accommodated 8 adults and 10 kids well. There is a room over the garage where the kids enjoyed video games along with other activities. Enjoyable stay.

Great weekend
We had 15 people stay and everyone had plenty of space. The cabin is beautiful and had everything we needed. Lots of games on the property, the hot tub was great, the firepit is very nice, and the view from the deck is incredible. No issues and a great stay. Highly recommend this home.

From the views to the accommodations, we felt like we were treated beyond our expectations. The house had everything we could have needed and for a group of 13 we had rooms to spare!

Repeatedly tried to understand the layout of the home to no avail with Carolina Cabin Rentals two weeks before we got there. The pictures came off Zillow when the house was sold back in May. They could take better pictures! Four attempts made to communicate a possible early arrival with no effort made to answer us on whether arriving early was a problem or not a problem. Arrived 1 hour early to find cleaning staff of 1 on property. When asked if she would be done soon, she told us not till 5 even though check-in was 4pm. Carolina Cabin Rentals did not communicate effectively with us nor did they follow-up once.
The house was decorated for Christmas with a decorated tree inside, snowman and decor outside. That was a special touch!
House is provisioned well, especially the main kitchen. It has plenty of cooking pots/pans, dishes, etc that you would need for 15 people. There is a single cup Keurig and a coffee maker with a reusable filter. We found the kitchen above average compared to other VRBO's we have stayed in.
I wouldn't call this property luxurious, but it is nice and easy to get to. The beds and linens were average to good. Bathrooms and floors clean with a few dusty spots and some dust bunnies here and there. The backyard where the fire pit is located, is a steep walk down. The main kitchen refrigerator was not able to cool properly nor did the ice maker work. The downstairs set up with 3 rooms and the extra kitchen worked out nice for the kids and grandkids to wake up early and get fed and play without disturbing the upper floors. The internet is painfully slow. Cell coverage is good so your hotspot will work better.
Overall, a good stay. Marion is a few miles with a Walmart and Ingles for supplies and firewood. Old Fort has a great brewery, and the Catawba Falls and area makes up for more fun.
