Designed to accommodate multi-generational families or couples, this stunning home features two Primary suites—one on the main level and another upstairs—alongside two additional guest rooms, each equipped with 2 Twin XL beds convertible into King beds upon request. The professionally decorated interior showcases a soothing palette of ocean blues and emerald greens, creating a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere.
The open floor plan with high ceilings and expansive windows contributes to a modern aesthetic, fostering an atmosphere of relaxation and togetherness. The "Chefs" kitchen, complete with GE Monogram Appliances, a Wine Fridge, Induction Stovetop, built-in Oven & Microwave, and a spacious Pantry, invites culinary exploration. The Great room, adorned with comfortable furnishings and a 65-inch TV, offers a perfect space for entertainment and bonding.
Step into true Hawaiian bliss through the two sets of floor-to-ceiling glass pocket doors, leading to the expansive covered lanai. Here, unwind on the 9 ft Restoration Hardware Sofa and swivel lounge chairs, soaking in panoramic views of palm trees, the golf course's 4th hole, and majestic Mountains. Outdoor dining becomes a delight with the BBQ grill and an 8 ft RH Outdoor Table, surrounded by water-resistant chairs.
Both Primary suites feature King beds, TVs, desks, and elegant bathrooms with stone walk-in showers, double sinks, and granite counters. The upstairs Primary Suite even boasts a porcelain tub with a peek-a-boo ocean view. A spacious walk-in closet adds to the luxurious experience. The third bathroom, upstairs, offers double sinks and a Tub/Shower combo. Kids will love the hip Loft for games, TV, and relaxation.
