We were here for a Bachelor party and loved the property. They were great to work with and handled any issues we had. It was a fantastic trip and the place was perfect for a large group.

BedRooms was enough for all my family . The 2 refrigerators were awesome for my family needs & having the heated pool & jacouzi was the best. Thank you for our Vegas experience !

This home should not be available to rent. There is junk everyywhere! We counted 42 chairs just in the pool area. There is unusable exercise equipment inside the home and outside. Honestly, it looks like the owner uses the place as a storage unit. The kitchen is not well equipped. There was 14 of us in the home and we had 6 towels. No hand towels or dish towels. But there are 4 coffee makers :( There was a broken crib in one room. Literally, the leg was broken, if someone who have put a baby in there, they would have been hurt when it crumbled to the floor. We could never get the front door to lock, so when we left the home, it was open. The 4th bathroom is outside and it is in a storage closet and completely unusuable.

House and property was very accommodating. Pool and Hot tub were great. Everyone had there own space and we had a group of 12. 4th bathroom was outside and not usable. And there was a lack of towels and toilet paper. Overall if you have a big group i recommend it.

Property was clean (including the pool) and as advertised. No complaints, we would stay here again.

We had a group of 8 and everyone was pleased with not just the house but the friendliness of our host. She checked in with us throughout the week incase we needed anything and was very responsive to questions. Everything was clean, all the appliances we needed, and the neighborhood was quiet. It was a 10-15 min ride to the strip and 20-25 to Fremont. The check in and check out was super easy and our host stopped by day 1 to say hi and just quickly walk us through the house and she even swung by the last day to wish us well on our travels. We will be coming back next year and if the house is open we will be booking again. It was absolutely perfect for our group.

Overall, our stay was great. The property manager was accessible and answered any questions I had. The home could have been a little bit cleaner with the trash bins being emptied before our stay. We would stay here again.

Great place and great attentive host!

The host was easy to reach and had the house ready early. There were no problems getting into the property the pool was nice.

Great house for a big family. Close to the strip and airport. Very quiet at night. Perfect for when you have to take your kids to Vegas. They will have a blast at the pool. The house was clean and organize. Hostess wasvery nice and had everything ready for us to check in. I wull definitely recommend this house.

In Bedroom one the restroom hot water only worked the first day, the was one less bath than listed, the AC was not controlled locally had to message them in order to adjust. AC was not consistent throughout the home. Some rooms the vents didn’t circulate.

Property has lots of space to spread out with lots of guests. The pool and the hot tub were great. The owner was super nice and accommodating. Super close to the airport and the Strip

While the owners were nice enough there were many problems with this property. They were not ready for us when we arrived and were putting together one of the rooms together until hours after we arrived. The house was pretty dirty and the blankets were not washed or at least not very well. They locked the temperature at 78 during 115 degree weather and would not allow us to lower it without consistently asking. There was trash surrounding the property and many of it hazardous to the children and animals staying there. There was a fan in the dining room that was hanging broken out of the ceiling so we refused to eat the table which was also missing legs and pieces to hold it together. The best part was the pool but that wasn't enough to make up for the thousands of dollars we spent to stay at a glorified slumlords property. Would not and have not recommended.

We enjoyed our stay

Once the work is done on it, and if they cleaned it properly. Work was being done on one of the bedrooms/bathrooms, and I (as the booker of the trip) elected to sleep in the bedroom/bathroom that was full of items like tools, broken glass, construction debris, 1/2 eaten snacks and drinks and covered in drywall dust. When I laid on the bed, my back was covered in drywall dust, as were my socks after walking around for 5 minutes.. The pedestal sink in the bathroom wasn't connected to the ground, and wobbly, the bathtub hardware (drains) weren't all attached, and it was covered in dirt.. There were pots and pans with food stuck to it, mold on the plates and utensils in the cabinets, cat hair on one of the other beds, the entire floor was dirty, some of the doors didn't close or have door handles (including exterior doors that we had to prop furniture against to ensure it couldn't be opened), and there was red spatter under the kitchen cabinets, hopefully from sloppy cooking of previous tenants. There was also tons of trash piled up outside.. like 6 broken vacuum cleaners, and random house debris thrown around outside on the side of the house. Otherwise, the place is large, but only 5 bedrooms, not 6 as stated on the site (they count the living room as a bedroom because it has a daybed in the corner), and would be great for a large group of people, but as of now, they need to iron out a bunch of kinks. As for the owner, she was not receptive at all to my request for a partial refund (not even the cleaning fee) due to the state of the place when we got there. She stated that she was sorry, but a previous renter damaged the place, but looking at the past reviews, that was a long time ago. If they couldn't have the place fixed by then, they could have given us a heads up ahead of time, as opposed to us arriving, and having to choose between accepting the place in disarray, or having to scramble to find a new place for our large party last minute. I did everything I could to be reasonable with her, and even offered to focus my review on the "potential" of the space to be nice if she'd do the right thing, but she refused. I will commend Vrbo on stepping up and refunding their service charge, since they understood I was being wronged. I gave 2 stars because the place has potential to be 4 stars, but it needs a lot of work, a new cleaning company, and an attitude adjustment from the owner.

My friends and I stayed for 8 days. Our group included 2 couples and 4 singles. There was plenty of space for all, the neighborhood is quiet and relaxing and we never waited more than 5 minutes for a rideshare. The host was very accommodating of our travel schedules. We plan to return next year and stay again.

This property was large enough for our large group. The owner responded to every concern or problem I had ( I had several , to many for a stay) . I was very patient due to the weather added to issues. The pool and outdoor area was a good place to entertain. This place has so much potential. For the amount we paid for the 6 days. I was disappointed overall.

So first day we was there we used the washer it broke and backed up into master bath. The toilet was not properly sealed, so the bath tub and toilet spilled out sewer all over Master room. And they had no towels or stuff to clean up with. And the owner sent a homeless man to the house to clean with dirty rags!! Worst Birthday week ever!!

Our host was the most accommodating and friendly off ALL hosts I've met on here or "that other site." She constantly checked in to see what we needed and constantly supplied amenities and upgrades (such as an office desk for me to work.) The location is an older one, but an Uber to the strip was 9 dollars - the pool was magnificent and the backyard could host a 50 person BBQ it is so large.
