About this house rental
Come enjoy our peaceful and quiet neighborhood. This is a spacious tri-level home. Less than 5 minutes away from Peterson Air Force Base and King soopers marketplace for any of your last minute shopping needs. Easy access to the Powers corridor where you will find shopping and delicious places to eat. Corner Lot in a Cul De Sac. WiFi and Netflix for your convenience. Fireplace for cold winters, AC for hot summers. 4 beds, 3 full bathrooms (2 of the bedrooms are En-Suite bedrooms). Top floor consists of the master and updated master bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen sized bed, the third bedroom has two twin beds, there is also another full bathroom on the same floor. The middle level is the living areas consisting of two living spaces, each with a TV and couches for plenty of seating, and a nice sized kitchen with newer appliances and dining room table.and a fenced backyard with newly installed turf. Plan your stay, worry free, with friends and family in this warm cozy home!

Kitchen lacking needed items....such as silverware, colander, large pot for cooking pasta. Floor was sticky in the kitchen.

We had such a pleasant stay here. We were in COS for my son's graduation from the Air Force Academy. This place is about 25-30 min drive to it depending on traffic flow. The description of listing was accurate. It may look small from outside but it's roomy inside - plenty of rooms and have 3 Full bathrooms! The kitchen was well equipped for cooking/dining in. There were plenty of towels/toilet paper provided.
I'm very thankful that our stay wasn't cancelled unlike some of the families of other graduation attendees, who had to clamor for a hotel at the last minute. Their vrbo renters cancelled and reposted for a higher price! Luckily this was not one.

Also, we appreciate the housekeeper who took her time getting the place ready for us!

We need not stay there during the day, we just stayed there at night. Got back very late each night. Just what we needed; it was bittersweet. So sorry for the late reply just got back home and have been taking care of items related to my brothers, house, dogs and this week my sister will come to make funeral arrangements. Did not have a keyboard that was working. Just got it working today. Your place was a very nice place to stay. Plenty of room.

We really enjoyed our stay everything is as shown. Shanikwa communicated with us about everything and responded quickly. They weren't shown in the photos but there was a little trampoline and kids house outside that my kids really enjoyed! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We would stay here again for sure 😊

We enjoyed our visit to Colorado Springs. This house was exactly as advertised and suited our needs perfectly. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had leading up to our stay. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a nice house in a quiet neighborhood.

Our family of 6 stayed a week and it was great for us. There were plenty of rooms and bathrooms and the 2 living rooms were handy. The location is good, you can see the mountains and little ones loved seeing the planes and jets. The owners were very accommodating and quick to respond. Check in and out was simple.

Everything was nice and clean nice neighborhood, only thing is it snowed before we got into town, and the driveway to porch had a foot of snow to walk through with luggage but they did provide a snow shovel first thing the next morning

Was a very nice house and met our needs as a family. The only bad thing was that the heat was set at 48 degrees when we checked in around 7pm with an outside temp of 28 degrees, so it took awhile for the house to warm up.

This house served us well we had four adults and two children. Its description is accurate and former reviews as well. It’s not a real high end dwelling but has all the basics. Could use a little maintenance and cosmetically clean up the exterior of the yard. Location is great for access to eastern parts of Colorado Springs. Bring your own wine glasses.

The location was great! The kids and adults loved seeing all of the planes and military jets. The backyard was great for the kids to play on. The house was VERY spacious for our group of 8. Highly recommend, definitely plan on rebooking next time I'm in Colorado Springs.

We absolutely loved staying here. They made check in very simple for us. It was very clean. The fenced in backyard was wonderful to have with our daughter. My only advice for them is to have more utensils in the kitchen ( spactulas/oven Mits/hand towels) and then grilling utensils. Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely come again!

The handrails on the stairs were loose, the glass in the microwave door is coming out and unable to be closed unless you move the glass around, many lights needed new light bulbs so the rooms were dim, missing a blind in the kitchen, and a couple of windows with torn through screens. We encountered that Netflix would not work in the evenings due to the wifi speed (we assumed since it would spin and not load). Since there are no other services we were unable to watch a movie. Overall we really enjoyed the area and the sights. If these things were fixed we would consider staying here again.

Was a great house with plenty of room and amenities to make the stay enjoyable. Close to store for any necessities and easy access to major roadways for navigation of the area. Highly recommend!

Nice home.
We were looking for an affordable place to stay with more than two bedrooms and this house met our needs. It was affordable, and had four bedrooms which was perfect for our needs. The house was clean and check in was easy. My only encouragement to the homeowner was that the kitchen could have been stocked a little better and there were a few small maintenance items that could be kept up with a little better. But overall, we were pleased with the stay!
