The sliding glass door needs to be repaired. The latch is missing on the inside which means you cannot secure the door while you are inside.

Enjoyed the stay, one concern was the door didn’t have an inside latch or door lock. Also the screen door had seen better days and couldn’t enjoy the evening breeze for fear of insects getting in the screen.

The owner was very helpful. There was a small issue at the check in, but the owner came right away and took care of it immediately. The rental was close to water, shopping, food, and airport. For the price, great spot. Quiet peaceful neighborhood. Pet friendly area. Rental was small, but had everything we needed. It would have been nice to have TV in the bedroom.

Eric's place is small, but very well renovated and updated apartment, it was perfectly sized for me and two twelve year olds. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and everything was very clean. Several nice restaurants were within a short walk. I would highly recommend Erics place!

The property was as distributed. Ozona is a quiet place with excellent dining within walking distance. We had a few minor issues after we checked in that were quickly addressed. We really enjoyed the fire pit and the proximity to the bike/walking trail.

We love Ozona and since we discovered Eric’s properties several years ago we love it even more. We enjoy the beauty of the area and relaxing nature of the community. By far our favorite vacation spot.

We loved our stay in Palm Harbor. The condo was very nice, clean, had everything we needed, and was in a great location. We were very close to the bike trail and restaurants. We’ve already booked our next year’s stay. We highly recommend.

I chose this property mostly based on photos and reviews and so happy I did! All were spot on! Eric was very quick and kind in responding to my inquiries prior to checking in. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip, due in large part to the rental and its location. I would definitely rent again!

Ozona is an amazing, peaceful place. And Eric's property is in a great location - a short 1 minute walk to the water where I enjoyed my coffee most mornings. The property was clean and had everything I needed. Would definitely choose this property again!

the communication with the owner was nonexistent because once we got the check-in info from him there was no need to communicate…. everything we needed was there and in working order.. very clean.. all as advertised … Ozona is a wonderful oasis!!! Five stars all around!!

Property location was great. Very clean and comfy. Walls are thin and next door housemates had a terrible cough that woke me up in the morning. We enjoyed ourselves and felt very safe.

I highly recommend this quaint little cottage. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to restaurants and shops and sunset views on the water. My husband and I were visiting family nearby and really liked the vibe of this cute town. Property manager was responsive and available. Hope to return again in the future!!

Just a short walk to the waters edge. Can't go swimming but awesome for sunsets and relaxing in front of the bay. Nice small property with everything modernized and very clean.

It was very pleasant place to stay while visiting family in Tarpon Springs. Clean, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and a great place to watch sunset. The place was nicely decorated and had everything you needed to feel at home. We will book it again next year!

Cozy nautical rental nestled in a quaint neighborhood. Booked, received message right away regarding how to check in, and bam - we were inside rental in 24 hours. Clean place and would definitely recommend to others.

We stayed here initially just for a place to sleep as there was a bachelorette party we were going to, but we ended up loving the location and decor of the place! Definitely coming back when we can just relax on the couch or the fire pit instead of running around town. Eric was quick to respond to any questions and the location was well-stocked with anything we needed. I'll keep this place in mind any time I go back to Dunedin!

Ozona is a quaint quirky small beach town with a retro vibe. Unit is located a block from the Gulf of Mexico and you can see some amazing sunsets every night. The apartment was small but super clean, recently renovated, with all new furniture and appliances. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for old Florida charm

Overall the property was very nice remodel was done nicely. A little more dusting could be done for cleaning. All necessary items were available. Private and quiet and dog friendly. Just steps down to end of road to see the sunset. Town is just a block away. We will go back again and choose this unit again. TKU

Clean and nicely decorated! They even had extra dog bowls, toys, and poop bags. 😀 It felt very peaceful yet close to so much fun. The area is beautiful. We can't wait to stay longer as we only had 4 nights. Eric responded to any questions quickly. Thanks for making this a great vacation!

This was our first VRBO vacation. Could not of asked for for more. This property provided everything you need to make you feel like you were home. Location is great to as close to many attractions. Went to several restaurants close by that were very good too. Wish we could of stayed longer.
