Large and spacious 3,000 sq ft. southern style home, located in downtown Fayetteville right off the walking/bike trail! This spacious 7 room home sports 3 king bedrooms, a courtyard, a private study, and a large second floor balcony while being just a short walking distance to everything fayetteville including Dickson st, the Walton Arts Center, and the Fayetteville Square. This location cant be beat!

Location is great! Easy walk to Dickson street. Property is an old office space that is about halfway converted into a true VRBO spot. It has new ownership in the last few months so I will be interested to see how they improve it. Since it was three guys visiting our sons in NWA, we didn't care but I am pretty sure our wives wouldn't have enjoyed the space in its current state.

We really enjoyed the “house”. I wasn’t expecting the renovated law office so that was a awesome surprise. Probably one of the best locations you can ask for and more room than you’ll ever need. Big rooms. Big beds. We really enjoyed it
