Perfect little garage apartment for two people! Clean, well-appointed, nicely decorated. Even plenty of storage for clothes given the small size. We stayed for Davidson's graduation weekend and it was a very easy walk to campus via a shortcut directly to the athletic center's parking lot. From there, an easy walk to Main St. shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again, if in the area again. Owner very nice and responsive. Highly recommend.

Beautifully appointed retreat convenient to the college and surrounding areas. Exceptionally clean and well stocked and the property managers were welcoming and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Pierre and Michelle have designed the space above a garage so that it looks like it could be in a magazine layout—and comfortable! Everything we look for in a VRBO was there, and they checked to make sure all was welll. We plan to return.

The host was lovely. The accommodations feel brand new, appliances high quality and everything very tastefully appointed. It’s a beautiful, impeccably clean, warm and inviting, peaceful space. Loved the landscaping and sitting at the small table and chairs along the alley.

We loved this stay! The space was very cozy and spacious for a studio, and the decor made the place feel like a home away from home! The space was tucked away but still close enough to Davidson that we could easily walk to get food. Not to mention that Pierre was very kind and checked in with us to make sure that we were enjoying our stay. He gave us many recommendations in the area and made the entire experience that much more enjoyable. Definitely stay here if you’re looking to visit Davidson/Charlotte!!

This was the perfect place for my college reunion! We were able to leave the car in the drive as it was only a short walk to campus and Main Street. The efficiency apartment is beautifully decorated and well appointed. It was immaculately clean. Although we didn’t cook I noticed that the kitchen had enough supplies that I could have easily made full meals each day. The host and his wife are so gracious and welcoming and responded right away to all inquiries and requests. We look forward to a return trip!

My husband and I visited Davidson to look at the area for potential retirement. This studio is so close to town and central to everything. Pierre made our late night/early morning check-in easy and the apartment smelled brand new! We would definitely like to stay here again.

We stayed 4 nights in the studio and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apt was very well planned and very well decorated, equipped wonderfully. Probably the most comfortable bed we’ve slept in outside of home! Great location and we enjoyed walking into town a couple of times a day. Thanks so much!

The space is beautiful and located within walking distance to downtown Davidson. The entire studio is well thought out; kitchen space is great, shower is spacious. If/when we’re back in Davidson we’ll definitely stay again! We were able to speak with Pierre and his wife before dinner one night, they were very friendly and helpful- great hosts.
