We rented this property rather than a hotel room to move our daughter into IU dorms. It was nice to have the space, be able to use the bigger space for staging all the items, and an easy drive to the campus! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, allowing us to bring our dog and take him on walks in the evenings when we returned from campus. The usable surfaces were clean, and the house was well-stocked with amenities and resources (towels, kitchen supplies, etc.). However, the baseboards need to be deep cleaned.

This property is well located. The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful and safe. The deer come out nearly every evening and are a delight to watch. The neighborhood is nestled in a wooded area so lots of bird and squirrels to watch as well. The house is very comfortable. It is well equipped with everything you need to make meals (LOVE the Fiesta dishes, Oneida flatware and Cuisinart pans and small appliances). The only problems in the kitchen were that the fridge was not that cold and the disposal in the sink did not work. Small, fixable issues. Loved being able to sit out on the screened in porch a few mornings (that were cool enough). Great place to sit and watch the birds. Only problem with the porch is the worn out carpet that was also dirty. Again fixable and not a deal breaker. Beds were comfortable so had many nights of great sleep. Overall very pleased with this property and will definitely stay again when visiting my daughter in Bloomington.

Seating very accommodating. Three queen size beds very comfortable. Dishes and silverware and other kitchen essentials very nice. Travis accessible. Garbage disposal needs repaired. Refrigerator cooling needs repaired. AC had a difficult time keeping up.

Great place in nice neighborhood. All the necessary amenities. House in need of some care: no door on screened in porch; floor door jams loose; weeds along front walk, loose roofing tiles, lighting too dim (needs lots brighter bulbs in all the lights). House was clean but porch and deck were really dirty. Lovely setting.

Booked this home for IU move in weekend. Home was super clean and had plenty of room. Great location - loved all the deer and bunnies we had outside our door. Travis was excellent to work with. Extended the courtesy for us to ship a larger item to the home prior to us arriving and it was waiting for us inside when we got there. Comfortable beds with super soft sheets were a plus. Will stay here again if available when we visit Bloomington.

We had both sets of grandparents in to see our daughter at college for the weekend and it was really nice to be able to have them all under one roof and dinners together at the table. All the amenities were great and well thought out. Very clean and everything worked well. We would definitely recommend. Travis was very responsive and answered my couple of questions quickly.

This 3 bedroom home provided what we needed for our weekend stay in Bloomington. It is not the most convenient spot because it took about 10 minute drive to get to IU or downtown but overall wasn't too bad. This house has what you need, towels, beds, kitchen etc. but nothing fancy. One strange thing is that in the principle bedroom there is no door between the bedroom and the bathroom. Other than that the photos represent the house well and it was about what I expected when I arrived.

Travis was super communicative and easy to work with. We really appreciated how well organized, clean and supplied this house was. We stayed over Easter and had everything we needed to cook with. A big shout out to how comfortable the beds were. We all got amazing sleep. The location was perfect for us. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable. We had excellent communication with our hosts prior to our stay. The house was as described and we felt at home being there. The beds were comfy, lots of pillows, plenty of linens, and adequate kitchen supplies as well. We were vey pleased with our stay! (Only thing missing was a Football I.U. win, as sadly, Perdue toppled the Hoosiers.)

Great visit with our student

This location is peaceful and it was wonderful to be able to bring our family dog to see our son at IU. We played games and hung out, and grandparents joined us. Definitely recommend!
