Gull Reef has classic wrap-around porches that offer a large outdoor seating areas and completely shade and shelter the bright 3BR/1BR ground floor unit. It's an easy 2-minute walk (450ft) to the quiet, uncrowded white sands of a Mexico Beach access across the street. The fully furnished duplex offers 1,326 sq. ft. of living space, providing ample room for a comfortable vacation stay. It located in a secure neighborhood with large yard, ample, circular parking, with room to park a boat. The private entrance has no steps, making unpacking and packing close and quick. All on ground level, it's convenient for seniors or those with young children. Rental sleeps 6 and has a laundry. The bathroom has plenty of linens with double sinks and large seated shower . Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential cookware, utensils, and appliances to prepare any meal. High speed internet and Direct TV are included. Smart TVs are in the living area, master bedroom, and full bedroom. The backyard is open on a beautiful canal teaming with wildlife. The very large covered porch is an ideal place to grill and sit and watch sea birds, big turtles, and sunsets. . Check in and out with no person-to-person contact. This low-residential street has no through-traffic. The quaint area is part of “Old Town” Mexico Beach. This is a serene and unique area that is devoid of tourist attractions, bustling nightlife, and chaos. It is the perfect getaway during all seasons. Gull Reef is two separate rental units. This is the ground-floor unit. There can be noise heard from the top unit. Extended stay available for snowbirds. Request rates by email.

We had the best time staying here. It was our first time to Mexico Beach, but we plan on coming back. Cheryl was amazing to work with and was always available to answer questions. The house is very nice, the beds are so comfy and the kitchen and bathroom have everything you need. Could not have asked for anything more. We can’t wait to come back.

This stay was booked because we were looking for a location that was quiet as well as conveniently accessible to the beach. Well this location met both criteria. It was easy to find, easy to access. The beds were comfortable and the decor was pleasing. It had everything we were looking for. Honestly we have never had such a well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay there again. The owners were quick to welcome us and offer assistance should we encounter any problems - which we did not need. Highly highly recommend this Vrbo.

Gullreef rental is a gem. Within walking distance of beautiful Mexico Beach access. All amenities were readily available including beach cart, outdoor grills, and more. Hosts were amazing. Communication was excellent. Will definitely be back.

This was a lovely house…clean, quiet, homey, a short walk from the beach, with extremely comfortable beds. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking your own meals. And Cheryl is an attentive and gracious host. We will be back!

This property was better than described and had everything you need for a good vacation. A well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and close to the beach. And then there's Cheryl...the most pleasant host from check-in to check-out She provides everything you need except your food! More than I could have asked for!!!! We had everything we needed, all the little necessities! We inquired with the owner about the area, she answered all my questions immediately. Owners are precious people!!! So sweet, very much enjoyed talking with them. This place absolutely exceeded my expectations! My family will definitely be back!!! The house was perfect for us!!! Plenty of space. So clean!!! Zero complaints. Excellent location. Can't say enough wonderful things!!! We love low-key and slower paced... This was perfect!

Cheryl's place was wonderful and relaxing. We were very impressed with how clean it was. Her attention to detail made it obvious that she takes pride in her place and cares about her guests. Communication was fantastic throughout the stay. My family had a beach house in Mexico Beach for over 30 years, Cheryl's place made us feel right back at home.

Clean, comfortable, with a well-supplied kitchen, and lots of towels. Quick and easy walk to the beach with wagon and toys on site. The patio space and outdoor shower were great! Our hosts were personable and quick to respond to a request. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! We truly had “no hurry and no stress” staying here. The house was very clean and comfortable, and we felt very safe in the neighborhood. The walk to the beach is very easy, and the beach cart made transporting everything we needed to take so much easier! The owners were so nice, and I would absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely great place to stay! Super clean and host Cheryl goes above and beyond with everything you need to have a fantastic vacation! Super short little walk to the beach, which was ideal. Very quiet side street away from the traffic. definitely would recommend and we absolutely will be back. Bill and Cheryl are absolutely amazing.

We loved our stay in Mexico Beach at the Gull Reef. The owners really put thought into detail and supplies needed. It’s an easy walk to the beach. Even being the 4th of July week the beach was not crowded at all. It was the perfect quiet and low key beach trip.

We absolutely loved our stay here at Mexico Beach! The hosts, location, and beach were all wonderful. The host was great with communication, the house was fantastic all of the amenities you need are here. We loved the beach and the surrounding areas. It wasn’t super crowded and everything you could need is there. I would recommend if you plan on arriving before Thursday to plan to cook or go out of Mexico Beach to eat because most places there do not open till Wednesday/Thursday! We loved cooking at the house anyways so this wasn’t a big deal to us but it’s nice to be prepared! Overall we loved our trip and are planning to make it back next year!

The little beach house is just as described. We walked to the beach each day with our almost 2 year old granddaughter. The place was clean and fresh. The beds were super comfy. Also the water hose on the patio is handy for washing the sand off your feet, your gear, and your toddler. I would stay again!!

Our stay here was nothing short of a great time. Kitchen had all supplies that we needed and a store wasn’t too far away for other items we needed. The beach was also a very short walk away and they had a nice beach cart that worked perfectly to cary Ty all of our stuff. Everything was very clean on our arrival and Cheryl, the host, was very kind and welcoming. Definitely will be back.
