There was plenty of space. The rooms were large and well furnished. Six of us had plenty of space. We sat on the porch every day. We made several trips to town, which wasn’t far. We enjoyed our stay!

We were celebrating my daughter’s graduation from college and it could not have been a better home. Huge acreage with massive yard, pond and gazebo. The house was perfect for our 8 adults. We would absolutely rent again our next visit to Fayetteville.

Little Cedar is a fantastic place to stay. We loved the location and the secluded nature. Part of the town yet private. Great size and accommodations for many. We had our Daughters UArk Graduation celebration there and it was perfect. Plenty of room and parking. The home is older and a little dated, but we had everything we needed. And only if you have a brand new home with all the bells and whistles, might you notice the vintage charm.
Would definitely stay here again. Everything was easy and we settled right in. Have already recommended to families for the Spring Ceremonies. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

The location of this lovely home is incredible. Close to everything in Fayetteville but yet on its own acreage overlooking a pond with a walking trail around it. All bedrooms were very comfortable. The rental served our needs but if we had intended to cook, the kitchen was stocked with only the basic essentials. (ex: no large pots or colander for pasta, no salt or pepper, only 2 DW detergent pods) It did have a coffee pot, and a Keurig. For the price of the rental, we would have expected more supplies overall - no kleenexes, etc. However, there was a basket of snacks and bottled water greeting us on the island. And the porch is a great place to hang out with family. We thoroughly enjoyed the great weather and beautiful fall leaves on the property. The driveway is hidden between two business complexes, but it can be seen if you are looking for it. We'd stay there again without hesitation. We had a magical family reunion weekend there. Thank you!

Our family stayed at the property for 4 nights during all of the events surrounding my stepson’s wedding at Sassafras. The location was perfect!! The NWA mall, Walmart, Target and multiple restaurants were within seven minutes. Sassafras was approximately 12 to 15. Although the property was literally in the middle of everything it was secluded, felt like you were in the country and we never heard any road noise. The house was large, beds comfortable and perfect for a small family reunion. The only recommendation is the kitchen has minimal cooking utensils, no extra trash bags and the floors could really use a good mopping and/or steam cleaning. Our white socks were black after a couple hours.

We rented this place and had a wedding in the back yard. It was an amazing weekend! There is so much to do around the property.. fishing, walking, exploring. The kids loved it and so did the wedding guests. Would recommend to anyone!!
Outside areas (gazebo and parts of the fence) could use a bit of updating due to rotting wood but overall amazing!!

What a wonderful place. We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved staying here. The property was beautiful and a perfect getaway for our family. One thing that was disappointing was the cleanliness of the outside property. The grass/field space had trash, clothes, etc everywhere…even random clothes like a tie and house slippers. lol I’m assuming there was a party thrown there from the previous renters. Nothing was cleaned on the outside of the property. There was even cheese and warms for fishing next to the grill that was very dirty with food still on it. Besides that the inside of the home was clean.

Would love to come back

We stayed for a long weekend. The property is a hidden gem that slept our group perfectly and we were able to entertain with ease!! I would highly recommend Little Cedar to anyone!

Everything about Little Cedar is amazing and so beautiful! We rented it for the weekend to have our closest friends and family celebrate with us. It was perfectly magical! The estate is the backdrop for an outdoor wedding. The ceremony was in front of the gazebo and pond and the reception was in a tent on the driveway since it had rained the night before. No one could believe that something so beautiful was hidden in the middle of town.
The home itself was so spacious and clean and well designed. We loved every single second of our stay and we could not have found a better location. If you want a unique setting for your wedding or just to gather and have some fun, this is it. It was the romcom wedding of our dreams!

This home is an amazing, peaceful getaway in the middle of town. We watched deer chase each other in front yard. Plenty of room for 4 couples, plus our college visited us for the afternoon.
Can’t wait to book another stay.

Great property that made us feel out in the country, yet super close to campus, stores, and restaurants. Fantastic house with more than enough room for the 8 of us. Would definitely stay again!

Very unique place. Caught lots of fish in the ponds. My family of 8 were very comfortable here. Great porch to relax on.

The house and our stay was amazing. Super convenient location to everything we needed but it felt like we were out in the middle of the country. So quiet.
Looked forward to sitting on the porch each morning watching the birds and deer explore. We’ve already discussed that we will be booking again for next years family week.

A tremendous place to stay. Even better than the pictures and unbelievable yard. We caught bass and perch in the pond.

A secluded private gem hidden in the city
Really interesting house with large gorgeous expansive wooded grounds with pond. Plenty of room for 3 couples and a single friend. Very comfortable house with a big garage for the 5 motorcycles we trailered in. The porch just after sunrise a favorite for early morning coffee and conversation. Big kitchen. Easy access to town. Perfect base of operations as typically we left early to explore all the Ozark mountain towns and roads. Very private. Highly recommend.

Fantastic estate retreat close to everything
Fantastic estate for our family vacation to Northwest Arkansas. Sitting on the back deck watching the birds was incredibly peaceful. Four large bedrooms with quality bedding, plenty of bathrooms, and two large living areas right off of a gourmet kitchen gave our family plenty of room to relax and recharge. We will be back for sure.

U of A Graduation!
This property is an absolute hidden gem! Our 2nd son graduated from Arkansas and we needed a place for our immediate family and our sons grandparents. We booked nearly 12 months in advance based upon the pictures and the reviews. Nothing here disappoints! Both are 100% accurate and the house was amazing. We had plenty of room and the updates are nice. 4 bedrooms with 3 + 1/2 bath gave us plenty of space and comfort. If you need closet space there is almost too much. The master bedroom and bathroom are amazing. Lori was easy to communicate with and we found the house to have everything we needed (except maybe a few extra trash cans...reason below).
The bonus of this property is we were able to host a post graduation gathering out in the expansive lawn. The large porch and kitchen area made easy for family to gather and enjoy a catered dinner. The kitchen is so spacious it made it easy to serve food without feeling crowded. Again plenty of space throughout the house to enjoy gathering as well as outside.
We will definitely be back to "Little Cedar" when our 3rd son graduates!

Serene large property in heart of Fayetteville
Large home on a large, serene property with pond. Fit our family of 7 easily. Peaceful morning coffee sitting by lake watching deer and geese on grounds. Tucked away near plenty of shopping and food. Quick drive to UARK campus.

Beautiful Place
Excellent place. Country setting right on outskirts of town… Enjoyed the large home, pond, and privacy… Even had a few deer stop by to visit… Would highly recommend!

City meets country!
Wonderfully reclusive setting in the middle of town. While the home is a little dated, it is very comfortable and clean. We will book again.

Mom’s weekend
We were 4 moms in Fayetteville for the weekend. Little Cedar was AMAZING!! Such an incredible property! Large home. 4 big comfortable bedrooms that allow for privacy. Kitchen and living areas were very spacious!! The location is secluded but still in town! Best of both worlds! The property is immaculately maintained! Feels like a beautiful vacation home in the woods but still convenient! Highly recommend! Would love to return!!!!

Beautiful
What a spectacular property. Great location and nearby access to everything but removed enough to feel very secluded and private. This will be the first choice for accommodations when we return, we hope soon!

Close to the university, but felt secluded. Can't wait to stay again!!

Thorncrown wedding
We had the wedding in Thorncrown chapel and so close to the venue. The house is convenient to drive and we had the reception at the house.

Quite and convenient
The location of the property was great! Located in the the middle of town but you felt like you were in the middle of the woods. Deer would be out on the property in the mornings and evening. The rooms are large with a mid-century modern feel.
The property does have a grill but it is a charcoal grill (wish we would have known that before hand so we could have brought charcoal with us) and we couldn't find any grilling tools. The kitchen is not very well stocked. There are plenty of dishes and flatware but very few pans for cooking. The lack of supplies in the kitchen provided a few challenges when we grilled one night but we made it through okay.
All in all this is a great property with plenty of room inside and out.

Gem in the middle of the city
This was our second time staying here and we loved it even more. It’s such a beautiful property and right in the heart of the city. You would have no idea it was there. Our kids brought their fishing poles this time and they fished for hours. We will be back again for sure as we come up for game weekends every year.
