Two covered porches, a covered dock and a floating dock make Arches a lake lovers dream. The large main floor features an open living room with a high, vaulted ceiling that flows to both the kitchen/dining area and the top porch. The dining area has both bar seating for four and a dining table with lake views that easily accommodates six people. The main floor is complete with a master suite, powder room and laundry room. The master suite includes a queen bed and a large master bath with jetted tub and shower. Outdoor dining tables on the top porch provide a great way to enjoy the evening sunsets as you dine. Upstairs, a spacious bedroom featuring a king bed and en suite bathroom afford both comfort and privacy to guests. The lower level provides four bedrooms, a common living area with a wet bar and a full bath. The lower level opens onto the lower level porch and provides easy access to the dock and lake.
The outdoor living spaces at Arches allow you to take full advantage of the lake. Located at the mouth of a protected slew, the spacious, covered dock and adjoining pier provide the perfect place to relax, whether in a lounge chair, a hammock or on the comfy swing bed. Enjoy the floating dock as a spot to lay in the sun or play in the lake. The dock is set up so that you can tie your boat or personal watercraft off the side. If you aren’t bringing your own boat, you can rent one at a nearby marina.
