Located in the Royal Sands community, this 5BR/4BA home is perfectly suited for group fun by the Gulf. The community boardwalk is just a short walk from your rental and guides you over the dunes to the beach. Later, enjoy a refreshing dip in the two on-site pools. Explore shops and restaurants in downtown Port Aransas or stroll trails in the nature preserve.

At home, three balconies provide lovely views of the neighborhood and lake. Added perks include a PlayStation 4, a desk with monitor, a modern kitchen, and quality furnishings throughout.

LIVING AREA

The living area is outfitted with two armchairs and a sleeper sofa. Watch favorite shows on the flat-screen TV or simply kick back and enjoy the natural light.

The desk area offers a monitor and plenty of space to set up your laptop.

KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless appliances, including double ovens. Make use of the Keurig and enjoy morning coffee at the kitchen bar for two.

A table in the dining area seats eight to festive meals.

BED & BATH

This three-story home sleeps 14 guests between five bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

The primary suite features a king-size bed and a private balcony overlooking the community lake. The en-suite bathroom boasts a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a deep jetted bathtub.

The second bedroom holds a full-size sleeper sofa, an armchair, and a flat-screen TV with a PlayStation 4. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

The third bedroom includes a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin-size trundle and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The fourth bedroom and fifth bedrooms each have a queen-size bed. The fourth bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

With two balconies at the back of the house and one on the front, you’ll be able to enjoy a full island panorama. Barbecue tasty meals on the gas grill on the back patio. An outdoor shower is handy after fun-filled beach days.

Take a dip in the nearby community pools, which are unheated and open for year-round use.

If only I could I would give 0 or negative stars Vacasa company is very hard to work with. To get a response takes at least 24 hours About the house: the house is not a big family friendly despite its huge size. We were denied to provide a basic necessities like tea pot etc. all dishes in a bad condition, pots and pans are very small. Not enough of plates even thou we provided the amount of people that will be staying. House has ants. Which is disgusting. On the next morning after moving in we found ants in every single bag of food. Floors were dirty when we moved in The house has a lot of sleeping space but not enough of sheets pillows and blankets. So make sure to bring all your bedding across states to feel comfortable. Will never book this house or any houses under Vacasa management company! Hope you all have a better luck!

It was a very frustrating family vacation. 13 of us planned on having a great time in Port Aransas only to find that we had to pick up trash, clean dirty dishes, vacuum, and buy extra groceries because the oven was broken, which the rental owners knew about and failed to let us know, We have loved Port A for over 50 years and have rented from TONS of places over the years there and have NEVER had a problem until now. We will not ever use VACASA rental agency again which I didn't know was a part of VRBO.

Everything was very nice. The only suggestion is for the neighborhood to spray those marshes more for mosquitos... They were very very bad around the house.. On the beach they were not bad.. only around that house and that marsh in the back.

Overall the house was great and has basic utensils that will get you through most cooking needs. Plenty of space for our group... we had 13 with a mix of adults, teens and the youngest being 8yo. Beds are comfortable but the fold out is your typical fold out, not comfortable. The kids were fine on the fold out but it would not be good for adults. Overall we had a great time and would rent again.

Overall the house was good. It was clean when we arrived. Some of the issues we had were roaches and not enough paper goods or silverware such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, forks, etc. for a large group staying for 5 days. I did report the roaches and was told that they would take care of that. Also, the pull out bed on the bottom floor did not work. It was bent and nothing more than springs covered with material. The showers were ok but did not have much water pressure and we were not able to use the gas grill as it had no propane. The large dining room table was nice and the location was good. Not a clear view of the beach but with a golf cart, it was easily accessible. It was a nice quiet neighborhood with nice pools. Other than these few minor inconsistencies, we had a nice time with the family and made some great memories!

This house was perfect! Beautiful property, soooo close to the beach, great neighborhood, online pictures were accurate. My one complaint is that we didn’t get a valid check in code. The morning of I got the check in email that was supposed to give us the code and it listed as N/A instead of a code. I immediately called for the code so I didn’t have to deal with it when we got there and got a code. When we arrived it didn’t work so I still had to call and figure it out with customer service while holding a fussy toddler that needed to be changed so that wasn’t ideal. They did fix the problem though and the hold time wasn’t horrible but it should’ve been avoided. Other than that everything was good and the house was absolutely beautiful. Comfortable beds, large functional kitchen and tons of space. Floors felt a bit dirty/sandy but honestly that’s almost unavoidable at the beach. Everything else was very clean.
