Santiago's home is incredible and even more charming than the photos! Each room is beautifully decorated and it's the perfect neighborhood -- we could walk to all the fabulous restaurants, bars and coffee shops. His home was perfect for our family of five (my husband, our daughter and son in law, and our son) and we enjoyed coming back after dinner to play cards and listen to music in the gorgeous living room. As the description notes, the bottom level living area's ceilings are pretty low but my son who is 6'4" was able to manage fine and liked that he had his own space. We would definitely recommend Santiago's home to friends and hope to have the chance to visit and stay again in the future!

The property is exactly as listed - beautiful, in a great neighborhood near tons of cool bars and restaurants, and with an amazing rooftop/living spaces throughout. As mentioned in other reviews, the basement level definitely has lower ceilings/doorways, but is still very cozy. Communication with Santiago was very easy and he was very accommodating. Great for families. I'd definitely stay here again!

A Lovely Stay
Such a beautiful townhouse! Clean, comfortable, and a wonderful location. I loved playing the Steinway grand piano in the mornings. The host was quick to respond and gave great local tips. I would happily stay again on my next trip to Mexico City :)

This was my first VRBO experience and it was exceptional!
Thanks to Santiago and Aurelie for hosting us and communicating clearly and easily prior and throughout our trip. We loved feeling the intimacy of a neighborhood, but also the quick access to all of Roma Norte and surrounding neighborhoods. I would highly recommend this architectural gem of a home and immerse yourself in the beauty the city has to offer. One small note for those who are taller than 5'6", the basement area is beautifully setup, but ceilings are very low, so watch the headspace. Not a bad experience, just something to keep in mind.
Thank you again to the host and we can't wait to return to this home and to the beautiful city!

Rare Find
We came to Mexico City on vacation with our daughter. She had several of her friends staying in other parts of the City and our house became the hangout and meeting place for 8 other kids in their 20s. We barely noticed they were there. The house is beautifully designed and laid out, in a great neighborhood for walking, shopping and restaurants, and our host’s guide to the city is one of the best we have ever had (especially if you like visiting art galleries). Alicia, who takes care of the house is thorough and accomodating. Only two cons to renting this property. The Master bedroom shares a bath with the second bedroom, and the third bedroom on the lower level is in a charming suite of rooms with a tv room and a bath, but if youre over 5’10” you’ll need to duck.
We plan on coming back next year for a longer stay. Thank you Santiago, Alicia and Raul.
