We had an amazing time!! The house was perfect for our large group. We especially liked all being able to hang out together in the main area. All 20 can spread around the open kitchen, living room, dining table and be part of what is going on outside as well. It was perfect. We had a couple small challenges that Alex took care of immediately. He is a man of his word, which is very rare these days, especially with rentals. Will definitely rent from him again!!!

Property management company was very good about responding to a few issues. The house could have been cleaner. Previous tenants' crumbs on kitchen floor. The day we checked in I went to wipe up a spill and the cloth came up black. Very stingy with the bathroom towels. Plenty of pool towels available. Mold growing in finished basement by the treadmill. Carpeting on stairs was ripped and very poorly attached to stairs. One of the 3-year-olds was cut on the back of his leg. The carpet was replaced the next day at 8 pm which was unacceptable as we had two 3 yr. olds in bed. As for the outside there were a few broken chaise lounges still sitting by pool with a few brand-new ones not yet put together in the garage.

We had a fantastic visit here. We comfortable fit 19 people for a family reunion. The kitchen and large wooden table were perfect for our large family meals. The pool was a hightlight as well as the game room downstairs. Overall, we had a wonderful time here. We hope to come back next summer!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is in need of maintenance work, but it did not significantly impact our stay. Owner was responsive to issues that arose. I would suggest the owner invest in some updates and general maintenance.

We had a nice family gathering in this spacious house. Particularly nice was the huge dining room table with seating for 16. A number of issues with the house were encountered and attention to these would improve the experience.
The pool pump developed a leak, causing the heater to shut off midweek when the water level fell to a certain point. Not sure if that could have been anticipated. One toilet was leaking when flushed, reported the day after check-in, and it was not repaired during our stay. A leak was discovered under a bath vanity that was reported during check-out. The fire extinguisher in the kitchen was empty. There was no crock pot in the kitchen – thankfully we had brought one of our own. Two window air conditions had significant gaps around the units that could let bugs or critters enter the room if left that way.
These items were reported to the host at check-out who indicated they would all be fixed ASAP. If they are addressed, the stay would be even better.

Hey, we are about to check out. The house is cold again. I strongly suggest before your next guests arrive that you get your HVAC issue permanently resolved. This house is uninhabitable.
When we arrived, the house was absolutely freezing. It seemed like the heat was off for days. We put on all the thermostats. The house didn’t get very cold and we figured it was because the house was very big. The heat seemed to come on for a few hours and then stopped.
First night, we had no heat. We all had to stay in the same room and slept in our hoodies in one room. We barely slept as we were in 56 degree weather. Completely uninhabitable and would have been dangerous if we had young children.
The next day, we couldn’t shower until late afternoon because the air was so cold. I spent many hours of my Saturday troubleshooting with either yourself or the HVAC guy. He came and fixed it and said the reason it wasn’t working is because a maintenance/cleaning wasn’t done that was needed. I had to learn HVAC repair for the first time in my life to ensure my friends and family didn’t freeze. I had to manually fix multiple times after he left, each effort was short lived.
We woke up the next day, thermostat was at 62. Nobody wanted to wake me up to fix it. But most guests complained that the house was extremely uncomfortable and were sleeping in hoodies.

There were 17 of us. The house and amenities worked well. The kids loved the pool and basement game/tv area.

This house was amazing for our large family! Plenty of space for everyone, inside & out. We had people in the living room while others were playing games in the dining room and the kitchen's long table. Downstairs was great with ping pong, pool, bar and huge sitting area!! Outside we had the pool, hot tub and dont forget the sauna! Almost every night we had a bonfire in the firepit. The kitchen was a big enough with plenty of storage for groceries. Plenty of pool towels.
We had some minor issues but Alex handled everything quickly when I contacted him. The house is located in a great spot, close to stores and restaurants. The main street in Stroudsburg is a must see. Great restaurants and some lovely store owners!! So much to do, Bushkills Falls, Columcille Park, Delaware Water Gap, Go Karts, mini golf, paintball. Or you can just stay and enjoy all the amenities at the house! My family loved it!

Several mechanical issues (broken AC) as well as structural problems (roof leaking, mold from roof leak). Property outside not maintained (grass overgrown, arrived to overflowing garbage cans, broken toys and cigarettes left around pool deck, large screws sticking up out of pool area where diving board was removed). Several broken kitchen chairs. Property manager did not take complaints seriously.

When first arriving at the property, the check-in was quite simple, and everything was very easy to navigate throughout the house. All bathrooms were well-prepared with towels, kitchen with utensils, cups, plates, etc. and the bedrooms neatly put together. The pool was amazing as well as the hot tub. I would also strongly advise taking a moment in the sauna. I would recommend this stay to anyone in larger groups as there is more than enough space to accommodate. 10/10 experience!

We planned a group get together with 10 adults and 9 kids (under 7). The house easily accommodated all of them with lots of room for them to play, but did require advance coordination since none of the kids were old enough to sleep on the top bunks. All families virtually had their own bathroom which was convenient.
The house cleanliness and condition of the house was just okay. The patio was in poor condition but the pool was well maintained. The hot tub however was not as well maintained and needed a thorough cleaning. We unfortunately also had to call the management company because we smelled septic by the pool, and they needed to pump the septic while we were there (it was the least pleasant smelling day of our vacation). The management company was very responsive.
Overall this was a totally functional property, but a stretch from a "luxury villa" as marketed.
Side note: This house is up for sale on Zillow.

The property was fantastic for our large group of family and friends. We had plenty of space to spread out. Everything was clean and neat. The kitchen was pretty well equipped. A few more serving bowls would be nice to have on hand for larger groups. Owner was very responsive. The pool was well maintained. The location is great. we had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this property was quite enjoyable! While the house itself was nothing short of fabulous, there are some minor repairs needed to make this property shine. Sliding doors in the large Master bedroom were almost impossible to open, they need repaired or replaced asap. There are materials (glass pieces, paint cans, building products, etc) in the garage that should not be stored where guests can view them, most unseemly. The exterior grounds were the most disappointing. The grass on the inside of the pool where we were sitting in lounge chairs was in excess of a foot tall, which never got cut while we were there. Additionally, the weeds and such growing around the perimeter of the hot tub need to be addressed. The lawn maintenance crew came in the middle of the week during family events which I found a little less than convenient. This should be done during turnover days between the 6 hour window between parties( weather permitting). The garbage cans were visited nightly by any sort of wildlife looking for a snack. One night we had a bear come pay us a visit! The morning entailed a cleanup of garbage which was less than pleasant. A secured storage area for the cans would be a marked improvement. Overall, we had a wonderful time at this lovely property and would highly recommend a visit! Communication with the manager was top notch!

The house is very big with lots of rooms and a dining table that's big enough for everyone. The basement was especially great for the kids; it was nice that the ping pong table had plenty of balls and paddles. We enjoyed the pool, which also came with lots of toys. Other than some remodeled areas, the house is definitely older with wear and tear, but it was a nice big space for our group.

Huge house.
We stayed at this property with our friends for celebrating our 40 th bday . The house is huge can fit in a lot of people all the rooms have bathrooms so that is a good thing .
But there were quite some issues with hot water also the house is not well equipped with a capacity of 22 people less towels less plates the pot s pans were not enough to cook meals for a larger group . The sauna and the hot tub was good to use . We could not use the pool but overall it’s a decent house if you have a large group of people .

Perfect place for a large group getaway!
Rented the property for a short workshop with coworkers and it was the perfect place for us. Everything was clean and well supplied. Someone even came by in the morning to make sure that the pool was cleaned. Would definitely rent again if we have another opportunity.
