This property is closely monitored for responsible renting and must abide by the Town of Fayette Rental Guidelines. Rose Hill Cottage adheres to strict occupancy policies. Parties, events and unregistered guests are prohibited.

Rose Hill Cottage resides next to Rose Hill Mansion. Guests are asked to refrain from running in parking areas and to be safe around the pond area of the property. Rose Hill Mansion has a caretaker that lives on-site.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.
