Welcome to your home away from home! Churchill Dunes is a 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath luxury home just off scenic Hwy 30A in Inlet Beach. With over 2600sqft of living space, this picturesque beach home features upscale décor and high-end finishes, including custom reclaimed oak hardwood flooring throughout! On the first floor you'll find three bedrooms including a bunk room, laundry room, and access to the one-car garage. The main living area and a chef's dream kitchen is found on the second floor which has impact-rated sliding glass doors that showcase endless emerald green ocean views. You'll also find the master suite on the second floor which boosts a large walk-in closet, a rainfall shower head in the large walk-in shower, and access to a private balcony which is the perfect spot for your morning cup of coffee. On the third floor, secluded enough to be a bedroom is an additional living area and two sets of hand-crafted bunk beds, and access to another balcony to view those vibrant Florida sunsets. With private beach access, a sparkling community pool, and world-class dining and shopping nearby, Churchill Dunes is the perfect vacation destination for your family for years to come!

The Barbary Coast Development offers a private community pool and a private walkway to the white sand within a few steps of the home.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
