This owner had at least 3 undisclosed cameras inside the house. They also texted and called several times leading up to the reservation to confirm exactly when we would arrive. VRBO had to get involved, this property was taken offline.

Nicki’s place came in absolutely clutch for our group of 5 total people who needed a place to stay after a last minute cancellation for a different place for a two-show weekend at Deer Creek. The house was super cozy and had everything we needed. My only complaint is the several inside cameras that are located throughout the main rooms were not disclosed on the property description or mentioned anywhere before we arrived. This wasn’t a big deal for our group but did creep us out a little wondering if we were being watched…
Literally everything else was great though. It’s easy to get in and out of her neighborhood and the police presence makes the community feel safe.

We stayed two nights during race weekend. The house is clean and nicely decorated. Great backyard as well though we didn’t have time to fully appreciate that feature. We would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Nicole’s home. There was plenty of space for the six of us and plenty of cookware, dishes, glasses, etc. We enjoyed all of the amenities. The reason I’m not leaving a five star review is because of two issues. One was a storage issue: there were no empty drawers or closet space to hang our clothes in any of the bedrooms. The freezer was also completely filled so we couldn’t keep our freezer packs in it. The other was that although I thought the home in general was clean, I found some kitchen items needed attention.

We were impressed with Nikki's property the moment we walked in! Her communication ahead of time and during our stay was amazingly responsive and helpful. She went above and beyond in help to make our family gathering special. The special touches of fancy lighting, pet supplies and a WELL appointed kitchen and dining space were fabulous to meet our needs. Everyone was very comfortable and the house was clean and beautifully decorated. Having the fenced backyard was such a blessing for the pups. We will definitely stay again!

Celebrated an 80th birthday with family. We spent most of the day in the backyard…great setup for groups and very few stairs.
The host, Nicole, was accommodating and provided additional chairs for our gathering.

We were in town for a sports tournament at Grand Park and the location was great. House was clean and comfortable for us. The back yard was great to relax and enjoy the evenings. Nikki was easy to communicate with.

Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of pillows and towels. Coffee on hand with keurig helpful so don’t have to find grocery store or coffee shop immediately upon arrival. Also nice touches: granola bars and peppermints, cosmetic washcloths, A/C and ceiling fans were great, great water pressure for showers, beautiful backyard with fire pit and great deck! Ample space for sleeping up to 6 adults.
