This beachy blue home on stilts is pretty as a postcard, sitting waterfront right on the Gulf of Mexico. Inside you’ll find tropical, modern decor, an open living space with room to gather, and three comfortable bedrooms. Start the day on the Gulf-front deck, enjoying the salty breeze along with your morning coffee. Grab a seat and stay a while – why not? You’re on vacation.
Once the troops start to rally, head inside to start making breakfast. The well-equipped, updated kitchen offers a full suite of stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the gadgets – including an air fryer – that you need to whip up a feast. When it’s time to eat, grab one of the four cushy green dining chairs, or keep it casual at one of the four barstools at the breakfast bar.
Head out after you eat to explore by water or land. All of Galveston and Galveston Bay are at your doorstep. Or, just head to the beach for the day. When you return, rinse off the sand downstairs at the outdoor shower, and get comfortable on the living room couch in front of the flatscreen. If it's hot outside, turn on the central AC to cool down. Before you end the day, though, step back out onto the deck with a frosty beverage and enjoy that salty breeze once again.

This was our 2nd time to rent this exact house. Perfect spot on the beach next to the jetty. Always clean and comfortable.

We have stayed in quite a few VRBO's on our annual trip to the coast. This one is by far the best. So clean and in a great location! Actually just logged on to book for this year when I realized my review did not post. Highly recommend.

This house has a location suited more to the fisherman. It is right next to a jetty and a public boat ramp. The public beach at this location is small and not clean. We drove up the road to a nicer beach area to swim and spend the day. The house has very pretty decor but was not as well equipped in the kitchen as other places I have stayed. (very little silverware, no blender) The beds and furniture were comfortable. The cleaning crew missed quite a few surfaces. (ex. dried toothpaste on the sink surfaces) We had to clean on arrival. We did have a problem with the key not being in the lockbox as indicated on the instructions and had to call to get assistance. We also had problems with bathroom fixtures that broke the first night. It was a bumpy start but we did get good response from the Vacasa and the local property management to get things sorted out.

The house was perfect! Clean. Looked brand new. By the pier and boat dock. Can’t think of anything we would have changed. Kids loved the ferry.

My husband wanted to go fishing and this was perfect location.

Everything about the STAY was FANTASTIC. The only complaint we had was the check in process. The keys are in a lock box and the code provided was wrong. It took 1 hour to get the correct code to get inside.
Once inside, the trip was amazing. The house was perfect. Great 5 day stay

When we pulled up, we noticed the lawn was in desperate need of mowing and had trash on the ground. The house decor and cleanliness were great, an improvement from the outside. We placed water and breakfast items which were all cold, from our ice chest into the fridge. The freezer was producing ice; however, the refrigerator was not cooling off, so we made sure to let the kids know not to open the fridge. That evening as we went to shower in the master bathroom, we noticed the shower was broken. I contacted vacasa through text due to the high call volume that evening and finally got a response around noon the next day. We also let management know that the fridge was still not cooling off, and the top bunks only had sheets, so whoever slept there ended up freezing. The property manager continuously told me that if the freezer works, then the refrigerator works…it FINALLY cooled what little items we had, which were cold from the ice chest we transported them in on the last night. In response to the shower, maintenance was aware, and the part had been ordered, which meant we would need to take baths or share the other shower. Then asked if the ac could be adjusted rather than sending proper blankets for the top bunks. Thankfully, when we returned to the house the second evening, there was a bag with blankets for the bunks. Regardless of the issues, we enjoyed our time there and would suggest outside tables and possibly higher chairs on the balcony. Unfortunately, the pictures do not show that the vegetation dunes have grown and been built up; therefore, you can not watch the kids play on the shore and sit comfortably on the patio. If, for some reason, you need to contact property management, don’t expect much.

We assumed it was a great property. We had the incorrect access code. The property was not cleaned (we arrived with trash outside, downstairs, clogged dirty bathroom). Property manager called me and got it taken care of but definitely would not be staying back.
Which is pretty sad, neighbors as sweet, location is beautiful.

I guess all beach house's have stairs so that's the only thing I could complain about , my family and I had a great time , but the drone spy was not necessary It's ok protect your property , and try to maintain your grass so the neighbors don't need to complain thanks .

The house seemed to be almost brand new! We loved the house! The customer service is definitely lacking. When we arrived there was no key in the lock box. We waited an hour for someone to contact us back from the property management so we could access the other lock box to get into the house. The Wi-Fi code given to us was incorrect. We contacted them about this and they said well the router is on the counter. Basically you try to figure it out! They were not helpful at all! The yard was very grown up and has not been mowed in a very long time! Luckily the neighbor was very friendly and didn’t mind us walking though his yard to access the beach! The beach in the pictures is gorgeous but in reality the beach directly in front of the house is very nasty with trash everywhere! We would sit on the beach to the right of the house which was much cleaner. Overall we had a great trip! They definitely need to work on customer service and maintaining the property!

Peaceful getaway
We took a family trip to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy city and we felt so relaxed.

Beautiful and Perfect Getaway Home
This place was so beautiful. Great location. Wonderful view. Very clean and well kept. We truly have nothing bad to say about it. We were on our honeymoon and it was the perfect place. Very quiet area. We truly didn't wanna go. We plan on coming back. This place truly exceeded our expectations. The neighbor was so awesome too. Very nice and helpful. Truly had the best vacation ever staying at this place.

Bargin for your $$$
New home with plenty of room. We had a group of 9 all Adults. Beds were COMFORTABLE. Being right on the water, the house stayed cool throughout are stay. In fact, we found ourselves turning thermostat up. Plenty of towels . Could possibly use more glasseware.
Drawbacks are lack of information on the technology in the house. We could never get the wifi to work/ no signal, and no cable/satellite with tv. No written instructions on anything. A folder/notebook with detailed instructions would be nice. Second, contacted Vacasa numerous times about technology issues and received no response and no response from owners.
But overall, the house is perfect for a get-a-way to Crystal Beach.

Beautiful home
The house was absolutely beautiful. The decor was amazing welcoming to all genders. The only issue we has was T-Mobile had some kind of issue with the towers causing no internet/ no TV. So we had to find entertainment for the kids. But overall it was a good stay. We will definitely go back if we had the opportunity.
