Needle Rush Point, riverside offers you a waterfront pool with unobstructed views of the river, tennis courts, plentiful boat slips that are first come first serve (boats must be registered before arriving) and a boardwalk out onto the river with an observation deck where you can sit, relax and take in the view. Just across the street, this haven has a 730 feet stretch of private beach, making you feel as though you are truly away from the crowds and on your way to rest and relaxation. It has a short boardwalk to the beach, an oceanside pool and wide open green spaces. This sun drenched vacation spot has a retreat-like feel and is walking distance to Flora-Bama.

Needle Rush Point Condominiums is a rustic Perdido Key resort that extends from beachfront to riverside, giving you options for your gulf coast getaway. You'll enjoy 2 pools, one Beachside and the other outdoor pool just across the street on the Bayside. Perdido Key is just across the Alabama-Florida state line and offers you a quieter, family friendly area of the Gulf Coast for your next Getaway! Just a short walk from the world famous Flora-Bama. Boat owners will find 2 Docks and On-Site Trailer Storage (boat slips available on a first come first serve basis). Area activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.
*This complex has a Friday - Friday requirement from May 26th - September 1st*
Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am
2. NO Grills, electrical, gas or charcoal allowed at the condo (this is grounds for eviction)
3. This resort is Smoke-Free. No Smoking in condo, on balcony or common areas.
4. Pets are not allowed.
5. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated
6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
