Worse Service Ever

April 5th made reservations for a room with 2 queen size beds and when we got there. The room they gave us didn't have 2 queen size beds and when we went to ask them about the beds, they told us there wasn't any roooms available with 2 queen size beds. So we had to settle for the room that they gave us with 1 queen and 1 pull out bed. This room also didn't have a light in the closet, no light over the tub area and one light over the bar area was out. When they came in to clean the room, they only changed the one queen size bed and didn't change the sheets for the pull out bed we had to settle for. Didn't leave any more decaf coffee are clean up the coffee pot that was used. We have never been treated this poorly by any other hotel chain in our lives. Needless to say this will be our last time staying at The Hawthorne Hotel chain😡👎

Great place to stay

Room was beautiful and staff was friendly.

We had plans to go out the night we booked and requested iron. We were informed one would not be available until the following morning. Several light bulbs needed to be replaced in our room.

The hotel is beautiful, very nice location. I liked the breakfast and lobby area. Our room was bigger and better than what we expected. The girls at the front desk were really nice.

The room was not clean. It smelled like dust. The shower curtain had some hair as if someone had shaved and the small hairs were not cleaned out. The kitchenette counter had a big coffee ring and the floor had some food particles.

Poor night staffing dangerous. Lovely decor pool and suites

breakfast good and to 10 am pm. Staff friendly Room gorgeous and had full kitchen and a couch.

no housecleaning for days. Only one person at night. 15min wait to talk to front desk at night The alarm clock wouldnt turn off and couldnt take it out of wall. No help in this awful loud situation.

Pretty good, but needs more improvements

Receptionist and kitchen staff in the morning are very friendly and professional. Clean lobby and dining area.

P-tap AC unit couldn't shut off completely so it was noisy all night, couldn't sleep. One of the lady staff last visit had some attitude. There was no greeting from her and made me come to change 3 times for room key. (I knew there was some issue for the card from other staff).

Liked the location

Breakfast was disappointing. There was no orange juice the three days i was there.. there was hardly any friut and on sunday , no fruit at all.

Pool was dirty and breakfast poor.

Pretty damn awesome!!!

Breakfast and location is perfect I will most definitely be a repeat customer. I must give a shout out to the young man who checked me in. He was very polite and helpful. I even spoke with him prior to arriving for directions. He was a great help, sorry I didn’t get his name.

Nothing I didn’t like about the room, customer service, nor location.
