El recomendado

La atención del personal es maravillosa, desde q se hace la reserva están muy pendientes de todo, la verdad muy poco se ve en los hoteles ese seguimiento. Yo hice la reserva para mi papá que viajaba solo, es es adulto mayor y tenía angustia, pues el fue con un amigo y su amigo con la pareja, entonces el IVA a estar mucho tiempo solito, pero fueron muy atentos y amables con el y les agradezco.

Un poco la ubicación, pero ya estando adentro se olvida se eso.

Es un buen lugar para pasar un par de noches o ir de paso por la relación calidad precio.

La atención del personal fue muy integra y cálida hacia nosotros, me gusto que el baño contaba con agua caliente, aunque no era necesario por el clima de la ciudad, que había snacks y bebidas para comprar dentro del establecimiento y también, a solo 2 casas esta un supermercado Ara lo que facilita la compra de artículos de aseo y comida extra.

Que la habitación triple con contaba aire acondicionado, solo ventiladores pequeños en la mesa de noche, pero para el clima de la ciudad es necesario ventiladores mas grandes o en su defecto aire acondicionado.

Good Budget Hotel

Out of 50 or so, this is probably the best budget hotel I've stayed at in Colombia. The rooms are tiny, but if you're traveling light, it works.

Some of the nicest staff I’ve encountered and a great room

Everything was great, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! It is so cheap, the room is spacious, very clean, and the staff were incredibly nice!! It has a supermarket five steps away.

Only the location - the town centre is not the nicest area of Armenia, but to be honest I only needed to stay there for a couple of nights as I was visiting Salento and the Cocora Valley and wanted to also stay close to the Armenia airport as I had an early flight, so it worked very well for me.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e ottima attenzione dello staff. Sono arrivata molto tardi e c’era una persona ad accogliermi ho apprezzato molto la reception 24h.

Le stanze hanno poca ventilazione.

Excelente, recomendo!

O hotel mais limpo que eu já estive. Você entra e sente o cheiro de produto de limpeza (de uma forma agradável). Custo-benefício 10/10, perto de mercado, ponto de ônibus, padaria e uma praça bem no centro de Armenia. Dá pra ir caminhando até a rodoviária (20 min) ou pedir um uber que não fica caro. Pessoal simpático e solícito. Não tem muito luxo, mas não fica devendo em nada. A prova de que hoteis econômicos não precisam ser sujos e caindo aos pedaços.

A localização era boa no sentido de ser central, porém as redondezas dão uma grande sensação de insegurança a qualquer hora do dia, pois está repleto de pedintes, moradores de rua e prostitutas. Quartos ficam no mesmo corredor da recepção e não há nenhum isolamento acústico, então cuidado com os barulhos feitos dentro deles pois dá pra escutar tudo do lado de fora.

Excelente relación precio/calidad

La atención del personal en general fue genial. Recibimos toda la ayuda e información necesaria para los recorridos que se realizaron. Siempre estuvieron prestos a resolver inquietudes. El hotel es limpio y cómodo en relación al precio-calidad. Recomendadísimo

Tal vez la ubicación no es la mejor ya que en las noches no es tan recomendable caminar por ahí

Una opción ideal en el centro de Armenia

La ubicación por el centro de la ciudad es ideal para facilitar los desplazamientos, la atención por parte de las chicas de recepción es excelente.

En mi opinión personal los colchones no resultan cómodos, tienen un recubrimiento de tipo cuero textil que aunque aumenta su durabilidad resulta imposible dormir sobre el, incluso teniendo las sábanas recubriéndolo. Por otro lado la ubicación en el centro tiene dolencias como lo difícil e insegura que resulta la zona de noche

Buen hotel en Armenia

Pude hacer el check in a las 11 pm, que mi vuelo se retraso, sin problemas, habitación tranquila, hay una tienda a lado y muy amables, lo recomiendo, muy bueno la verdad.

Se escucha el ruido de los carros de afuera.

Aunque la ubicación es perfecta para moverse por la ciudad, el sitio suele ser solo y hay mucho habitante de calle. Esto al final no es problema del hotel, sino es todo Armenia.

Comfortable budget stay with private Netflix and Youtube.

The shower was perfect, warm water throughout if you go for maximum water pressure. The bed linen and pillow is anti-allergen so for me is perfect as I wake up without any allegic reaction whatsover. The TV has Netflix and Youtube so is a plus for me. Overall will likely to stay again if I have a chance to visit Armenia again.

Not easy to refill my water bottle so I end up buying bottled water for my trip outdoor instead.

This spot is clean, and it's near the main strip of Carrera 14. Although the price is low, it does not feel run-down or neglected. The room is very compact, but it has plenty of outlets and shelves, and it has a fan. If you want a budget option, this seems to be a very good pick.

I didn't get hot water out of the shower, and I was given taxi-to-the-airport information that did not match the reality on the ground.

Exceeded my expectations in every way! I felt a bit of a humid smell my first night and asked if it was possible to switch. The staff accommodated and I immediately noticed the flipped mattress and airing out of the previous room - they really listen to their guests!! 🙌 Armenia, generally, is a very awesome, underrated place - wish I had discovered it sooner and will probably be back!

It would be cool to have a common kitchen area, but the value-per-peso is unbeatable and the complimentary tea/coffee area got me by :) another thing worth mentioning (for which I won't deduct points because it's not their fault) is that you may hear random noise coming from above (not sure whether some small animal on the roof or other tenants)

The location isn't great. Just next to the hotel prostitutes are waiting in the street, and people lay around on drugs.

Great Experience!

I had to find a room last minute because my airbnb fell through. Found Hotel Cafe Color online . I was going to stay here for 1 or 2 nights but decided to stay several days. Great location, friendly staff clean rooms and quiet. I'll definitely stay again!

Good place for people on a budget

In general this is a nice place rather close to the city centre. When I stayed there I was there to visit Salento. The bus station isn't super close but taxis are very cheap and plentiful. The room was very clean but not too big. The staff was super friendly. In the end you get what you pay for and if you're looking for a budget hotel this should be your choice. The wifi was good too.

Generally the room could have been bigger. It was indeed rather small. Moreover it would have been great if there would have been a table in the room to put your laptop to work etc. if you have one. I was told that the location is not great at night but as long as you do not wander around alone at night it's absolutely fine.
