Greedy owner charges 1k per additional make sure you book exact head count

It was pretty decent

The owner was too greedy charging 1k per head additional as I booked for only 5 but we were 8 as I saw here that it was only 500 additional per head but when we decided to pay there they were charging us 1k per head! Even if I declare all the persons in our group. Very unprofessional!

Peaceful Cozy

Spacious, clean, owner and helpers are attentive, personalized service including a birthday poster for my mom, delicious breakfast, cozy, quiet.

Very minor. Lessen the fabric freshener (Downy?) scent on the bed linens. Everything else was excellent.

Enjoyable. Will come back.

Breakfast was good. Great Korean breakfast as we always watch Korean movies and experiencing it was very nice. Host was very friendly and easy to talk with. Manor hotel where we had dinner was a short distance away. The pine trees and the cold is always something to look forward to when going to Baguio.

A little bit of challenge to walk up the third floor as 5 of us are seniors :). But we managed!

Almost perfect! The only draw back was , the property was on the 3rd floor.

No keys. Just key in upon arrival.

It was just on the third floor. My 91 year old dad had much difficulty when he climbed the stairs.Almost perfect

Place is nice… but need to change the sheets, mats, look very old n outdated.

Location is good.

Bedsheets, mats, blankets are very outdated. There was a smell when we got in the property. We stayed on the third level n there was no hot water on one of the bathrooms. Water in the bathrooms was very, very low. The same breakfast (korean rice, soup n salad) was served for 2 days. We thought that Korean breakfast the first day n Filipino the next day… why was Korean food served the next day (except corn beef)? Too much leftovers maybe? Packets of coffee was only served the first day n we had to request it… it should be a part of the breakfast (tea, coffee or juice), isnt it?

Exceptional

The person that greeted us was really nice. She said if we needed something just call the housekeeping. The surrounding area was clean, beautiful and safe.

I didn't like the breakfast because it was korean food too early to eat spicy food, we were expecting eggs, fried rice, bacon or pancakes also it's not enough to serve to everyone because my reservation was two rooms total of 14 people and also didn't like they brought the food in 1 room tha had eight chairs.

It was great even if we didn't meet the owner. It's only Ate Gina & Ate Emily and I thank them

Its the accommodation. We liked its so much

the food, its not enough for the 8 of us and besides it should have been a Filipino meal. also when all of us get to bathe at the same time, there's the tendency that the water slows down
