Location was great and everything you needed were nearby.

Great Location. We enjoyed beach and restaurants as we walked out of the apartment.

Their pictures was exaggerated. Rooms were good but small living/dining room.

Excellent stay. George was a great host. Apartment location and size was perfect.

A very large 1 bedroom apartment in a great location with sea view; and beach, cafes, restaurants and shops within a few metres or front door.

There was very little outdoor furniture. The massive outdoor balconies ideally could have sun lounges.

sehr viele Räume, 3 WCs und grosse Betten. Schöne Aussicht.

Eingang hat nicht immer funktioniert und war auch nicht ganz sauber. Hintertür ist immer geöffnet. Treppenhaus hatte eine kaputte Toilette drin…

The location is great, close to the beach and promenade. The apartment was clean and spacious. Very good contact with the host.

Just small details but would be nice to have in the kitchen salt and sugar and reading lamps next to the beds.

Amazing sea view with sunrise that you can watch while lay in bed or eat breakfast. Very comfy beds.

Beautiful location, beautiful stay!

Amazing apartments! The spaces are crazy big! We were here for a hen do so the location was perfect - literally walking distance to everything in the main area. The host is the sweetest person also!

Bit difficult to find the maisonette- but not a worry as we found it in the end haha

Wonderful stay

Specious, modern, fully equipped apartment in the heart of Larnaca, with the best view. Very friendly and supportive host. Will definitely stay there again in the future, if we visit the city. Recommend everyone!

Pobyt był bardzo udany .

Lokalizacja idealna. Apartament 401 na 4 piętrze cudny. Widok z pokoju i z balkonu jak marzenie. Na palmy i na promenadę i na morze. Bardzo wygodne materace i poduszki. Łóżka gigantyczne. Apartament jest bardzo duży. Byliśmy w 6 osób i każdy miał przestrzeń dla siebie. Po drugiej stronie budynku jest przystanek autobusowy. Można jechać na lotnisko, do Nikozji , do Pafos i w wiele innych miejsc.

Jedna łazienka była praktycznie wyłączona z użytkowania ponieważ kiedy sąsiedzi z góry korzystali z prysznica zalewało część łazienki i woda ciekła po ścianie między łazienką a pokojem. Na tej ścianie był kontakt i włącznik światła do łazienki. Zrobiło się zwarcie , popaliły się kabelki w środku, śmierdziało jak diabli. Nasz gospodarz mimo zgłoszenia sprawy zbagatelizował ją i ze śmiechem powiedział że nie mamy wyjścia. Albo będziemy tam mieszkać albo nie będziemy mieli gdzie mieszkać. Ha ha. Na suficie w tym pokoju był grzyb i ślady po notorycznym zalewaniu. No i oświetlenie. Żadnych lampek nocnych tylko po kilkanaście żarówek na suficie. Apartament był sprzątany z miesiąc wcześniej bo kurz był w wielu miejscach.

Clean but uncomfortable - would have moved if staying longer than 2 nights because could not sleep well on the bed

The property was clean. The communication from the host was good.

The beds are super uncomfortable. I actually checked that it was a mattress and not a piece of wood under a sheet. There was no toaster and coffee kit - not even a French press. There was one massive saucepan and one frying pan. No bowls. Not really ideal if you’re publicising a self-catering apartment. The property has a feel that they are used to people who have damaged and destroyed furniture, there were no bedside lamps and no pictures up.

Perfect place

Very spacious apartment, with spacious rooms. Modern furniture. In the center of the touristic area. Close to restaurants and shops. Just across the beach, nice view of the sea.

Az elhelyezkedése kiváló, a szoba szép, légkondicionált, jól felszerelt. A szállásadó nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Bárok és éttermek valamint a part is maximum pár perc sétára van.

Bár a szállás valóban vízparti, de az ablakai egy szomszédos étterem hátuljára és kukáira néznek, így a látvány nem túl szép, és az ablakokat nem lehet kinyitni, mert az étterem szellőzője miatt büdös és zajos. A matrac nagyon kemény, a konyhában csak a legminimálisabb felszereltség

Disappointing and very mispresented on website.

Our host was very nice! However, the pics of the place were very misleading. We had to walk through a dirty alley lined with industrial garbage cans to get to our place. Key was in the door when we got there. That didn't make me feel safe. No service for cleaning. I asked for someone to bring clean towels and to empty waste paper baskets in bathroom on 3rd day. A person came to the door and tried to hand me toilet cleaning supplies and plastic bags. It was hard communicating with her about her emptying trash and us needing clean towels. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Like sleeping on plywood with a sheet. Also WiFi didn't work upstairs.

AC worked well. It was very clean.

Exceptional holidays

We came as family of 10 people :-). The apartments are truly exceptional. Morning sea view will just make your day better. Everything was very clean and provided with all necessities. It is the best beachfront location in Larnaca with all restaurants nad bars around. The host was extremely helpful and communicative. We had great holidays.
