It's certainly not every home that comes with an indoor basketball court! But that's what you'll find at Iyer Lakehouse, an exceptional property in Bass Lake with a boat slip on Beaver Dock, a game room with a pool table, and an expansive backyard patio.

Step inside this home to find more than 4,000 square feet of living space. The main living room has an eight-person sectional, TV, and a piano. The kitchen boasts two ovens, a separate stove on the island, and granite countertops.

In the evening, you'll have a downstairs game room with a pool table, a card table, and a dart board. Or, you can fit in some remote work in the office, featuring a desk and a leather chair. Additional amenities include air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a washer/dryer.

Beautiful Bass Lake is a fantastic boating, skiing, fishing, hiking, and bicycling spot. You'll be close to the Pines Village at the lake, with its restaurants, general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. Oakhurst is about seven miles away, offering shops, restaurants, bars, a cinema, and a live stage theater. The Chukchansi Casino in Coarsegold is 12 miles away, and the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park is only 15 miles away.

THINGS TO KNOW
Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent annually during the fall and winter. Because of this, summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season's rain and snowfall.

Very cool house with plenty of rooms and beds for large groups such as big families. Indoor basketball court makes the house unique, and everything was clean and ready for our stay. Greatly appreciated the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers.

This house had everything stocked up, the beds were super comfortable, and there was so much space. Very close to the general store, shops, and restaurants, and super close to either of the boat docs at Bass Lake or Millers Landing. We will 100% stay here again next year!
