This was a great house for our family and appreciated the downstairs master bedroom for some of our elderly guests. Wish we couldāve turned the house temperature down a little more but everything else was fantastic. Lots of amenities, clean open spacious house a great space at the end of the day for our family to reconnect. it is a great home for multi generations.

This home was spotless, with many additional homey and helpful touches and features than typical VRBO homes. The owners/managers were very quick to respond, and satisfied our every request. I highly recommend this lovely home for anyone planning to stay in the area.

We had a lovely family visit to Phoenix and were very comfortable in this house. Our hosts were very responsive to the only problem that came up, a fussy pool heater. Weād go back!

Brought friends to Phoenix for golf and the house was fantastic. Everything was clean, check-in was a breeze, bedrooms were exactly as advertised.
Robab was responsive when needed .... and a pleasure to deal with.
Just an excellent experience.

This home was great for our trip to AZ for spring training and baseball tournament. We had two families (related) and the setup worked out great. Large master on the main and then four bedrooms upstairs, including another master and a bunk room.
The yard was great w/ fire pit and pool and the kids enjoyed the ping pong table, foosball table, and mini arcade.
Only caution would be the rules are very strict for additional guests. We considered having some of our teammates come over for a bbq, but Robab and Frank made it very clear additional guests were not allowed. This isnāt a negative, and they make it very clear in all of the information they provide. Just calling it out here in case gathering w/ larger group is part of your travel plans.
Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Robab and Frank!

We celebrated a 60th birthday/old friends reunion. We had the best time and a lot of it was due to this amazing house and its location. We had so much space to relax and visit with each other. Communication with the owners was easy. We would definitely recommend it! (Thanks for the cake, that was so very sweet of you!)

Very smooth and easy. No issues at all. Owners were responsive and accommodating.

We were in Phoenix for a church event and absolutely loved this property! Our group had 5 adults and 6 kids (ages 4-9). A short ride from the airport, roughly 20 mins.
The house was spacious, clean, and very well organized / thought out with many nice details. The kids had a total blast...gorgeous pool, nice yard space to play soccer and games, NFL arcade game, ping pong table, foosball table.
One fun outing we had was to Goldfield Ghost Town, a historic mining town set up to feel like the Wild West. You can pan for gold, ride a train, go to the saloon, shop, zipline, etc. We were all impressed with the town, kids loved it and adults enjoyed as well.
If we visit Phoenix again, we plan to stay at this same property. Owners were responsive, and the house was wonderful!
5.0 / 5.0
We recently stayed at this property and overall had an extremely positive experience! The house was spacious and the rooms were a good size with nice closets, which was a plus for our group. The backyard was also a great space and the pool was a very nice touch. We were very impressed with how clean the house was upon our arrival.āØ Also, the location of the house was great!
On top of that, one of the biggest pros of this property were the hosts. They were incredibly responsive and great at working with us to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Any questions or concerns we had were quickly addressed, which made our stay even more enjoyable, and they even graciously accommodated a few special requests that we had even when they didnāt have toā¦ we truly appreciated their willingness to work with us on those things.āØ
With all that said, there were a few very minor things to be aware of. The house has beautiful tile and hardwood floors, but due to this, sound echoes throughout the house quite a bit, which made it more difficult to sleep if there were people up and about. Additionally, while the kitchen had a lot of things we used, it was missing some key items that would have been helpful for a larger group that likes to cook, such as mixing bowls, serving dishes, kitchen towels, measuring cups/spoons, etc. Luckily, there was a Target nearby where we could easily purchase the necessary items. And lastly, the living room didnāt have enough comfortable seating options for more than 4 people, which made it difficult for our larger group to comfortably relax together. To be clear: had we known this before renting, we 100% would rent againā¦ I only mention these things so other renters arenāt surprised and enjoy their stay just like we did.āØ
Despite those minor drawbacks, I canāt emphasize enough what a great experience we had staying at this property. The hosts were absolutely fantastic and the house had plenty of great features, making it a wonderful place for our family to stay while we were in Arizona. We definitely recommend this to any family looking for a solid home base to use while exploring the Phoenix area!

We had a work trip planned for the Super Bowl and needed a place to stay for 5 of our colleagues. This house was amazing and had everything we needed. Each bedroom was very big. The house was very spacious and none of us felt like we were on top of one another. Our only regret is that we were so busy we didn't have time to enjoy the backyard and pool. Next time!
The owners were very easy to communicate and very accommodating. Thank you Rohab for a fabulous stay!

Beautiful Home - Great Hosts
It was an overall terrific experience to book and stay at this property.
The booking process was quick and easy as the owner was very responsive once the booking request was submitted. All questions were answered quickly and the owner was friendly and informative in all interactions.
Arrival and check-in to the house was easy. The owner provided all the right info ahead of time and access worked without any issues. We appreciated the welcome basket of snacks in the kitchen. The property matched the pictures and descriptions and was even better in person. The owners really put a lot of thought and care into the property and it shows as soon as you see it all in person. The house has lots of windows so it feels very open and bright when you want it to be that way. The home was super clean and fresh upon arrival. The owners provide a good amount of information in their booklet about the property to further help you enjoy the property to the fullest. And they are readily available should you have any questions or concerns during your stay.
We enjoyed our time at the property. All the rooms were very well done. It was a nice luxury to have 2 master bedrooms in the house. The pool was great and we used it every day. There is even a little outdoor shower to rinse off with before/after swimming. The kitchen was stocked better than any other VRBO I have been in. There is a great selection of games available for family fun. The home provides plenty of space and options for the family to gather together or to spread out. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. There is a good park just a short walk down the street. There are many different food and shopping options very close by as well and overall the property is located close to a lot that the greater Phoenix area has to offer ā quick to hit spots in Scottsdale or get downtown. And, as I already mentioned, the kitchen has whatever you need to cook most anything for the family. We didnāt use the BBQ grill, but it is another good option available to guests. We did use the laundry machines and they are top notch. The internet is fast throughout the house. I did do some remote work while staying there and had no issues at all with internet speed, nor did my son when he was doing some online gaming.
We had a great experience staying at this property and really appreciated how easy everything was. The owners have a great home and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is great. I highly recommend.
