About this house rental

This home is one of the closest home to downtown Sanford. All bars, restaurants and the lake are in easy walking distance. Can sleep 6 but the couch could sleep a 7th if needed. Right across from the The Farmhouse rental if you are booking a large party. 30 miles from New Smyrna Beach and 30 mins from downtown Orlando. Two bikes are available to enjoy miles of dedicated bike trails from Sanford to the Ocean. Come enjoy what Sanford has to offer!

We stayed the weekend for a wedding. We were needing a place other than a hotel room because of our dog. The home was exactly whet we were looking for: clean, comfortable and close to the venue. Communication with the host was easy and quick. The couch and tv space was perfect for what we needed and the king sized bed was very comfortable. It was nice to be able to let our dog out loose in the backyard ancc do not have to worry about him getting out or into anything. Would recommend this home is you have dogs or even just 2 or 3 couples staying together. Close to all the restaurants & bars.

This great little house was perfect for our friends weekend! It had everything we needed including a washer and dryer! The host even had shampoo/conditioner and soap in the showers! We especially loved the fire pit and the cloud like beds. I highly recommend this as a getaway staycation. It is super close to so many things that are just a short walk away. Explore and then come back to roast amores. Just delightful.

Great little house with all the necessities. Walking distance to downtown. Neighborhood is quiet and very safe. Flexible check in and out, a huge plus! We will definitely stay here next time we are in the area.

Bungalow was adequate for what we needed. The location was a plus especially for those without a car. Close for all the events we needed to attend in Sanford. Quiet neighborhood. Sleeping spaces worked well for our family. Kitchen well equipped. The only things I would add are a chair or two more in the living space and a different mattress in the back bedroom. Otherwise, we were pleased.

Clean and safe. Many restaurants and establishments within a 5 minute walk. Hope the outside landscaping in the front yard and backyard receive a bit more love, but we loved the fire pit, cornhole and front porch. This bungalow has everything you need. You will enjoy your stay.

Our host Hannah was quick to respond to any questions we had. our check in was so easy and the neighborhood is beautiful. This property was so close to all venues and restaurants we needed to attend for our weekend event. I only hope that I can go back and stay at this property again. The home was clean, the beds comfy and plenty of room for 4 adults. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay very much. This property is located near Venue 1902. It was the perfect spot for 5 adults to prepare for and attend our daughter’s wedding. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property.

A very nice, cozy little cottage very close to the interesting shops and restaurants in the Riverwalk area of Sanford. We found the property to be exactly as described. Three bedrooms, two baths all very well maintained with ample towels, bath soap and other essentials. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, silverware, cooking utensils and so forth. We lacked for nothing. We would definitely return.

This house was extremely clean. Yes, the house is in a historical area, so it has some age but given the age it had everything. Hannah was easy to deal with and my fear of safety was not an issue. Yes, a Main Street and a Burger King behind the house made it slightly noisy but I would stay again in a minute. Great walking distance to all the restaurants and breweries and Sanford has some very friendly people. The wine and snacks from Hannah was very nice. Thanks Hannah.

Nice property in a quiet neighborhood with easy walking to historic downtown. Host left nice welcome amenities and house was perfect for our short stay. Only complaint is that the house was stuffy as every single window was completely painted shut with no screens (even if they could be opened). No way to get a cross breeze to air it out or sleep comfortably. The evening temps were perfect in FL to sleep with fresh air. This is also a bit concerning as it poses a hazard should (heaven forbid) there should be a fire and exits compromised. Wondering if this is a violation of local codes. Easily a fixable scenario.

We came to town for a baseball tournament. The house snugly fit 4 adults and 3 preteens. Nice backyard, can definitely tell you’re in the city. There’s a Tavern very close by that definitely sounded like it was hopping, late into the evening. Didn’t bother us at all but was noticeable. Very conveniently located to everywhere we had and wanted to be. House had everything we needed!

The house was well located very near (walking distance)to restaurants and other vendors. The house was old (as are most of the houses in the area, but well maintained. We only used 2 bedrooms and we thought they were well equipped and nice. We enjoyed seating on the back patio also. Hannah answered messages in a proper timing. We enjoyed our stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this historic beauty. We spent our time split between Universal, the Space Coast and Kelly Rock Springs and all were only a short 30-40 min drive. This three bedroom home provided security and relaxation in a serene setting. Quiet neighborhood and just a short 5 minute walk to the dog park for your furry friends. Will definitely be staying again. Thank you.

Clean & uncluttered little cottage with plenty of room for two couples & two dogs. Fenced back yard--perfect for dogs, also well-lit at night from business nearby. Kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with basics, water, and snacks, plenty of pillows & blankets, towels, shower soap & shampoo. Easy walking distance to main street. Would definitely stay here again.

I was traveling with my adult daughter and two dogs that needed a safe place to play and relax. And the location is walking distance to the river and historic downtown. It was perfect for all of us! Thank you Hannah!!

We had a great time 4 adults 2 children and some rain could've made a miserable time but it didn't. This was a wonderful time we were able to all hang out we were even able to make some s'mores. It is off the main drag so there is some noise outside but the house is nice and quiet. Over all a great time would defiantly stay there again.
