Welcome to Southside Story!

-Located in Southside Chattanooga; an easy walk or bike ride to everything downtown
-4 cruiser bikes for your use during your stay
-Just around the corner from all that Main Street has to offer: dining, breweries, art & concert venues
-Relaxing vibe & 2 private balconies
-1 King bed, 1 queen bed, & 1 queen sleeper sofa
-2 watercraft rentals (SUP or Kayaks) from L2 Outside weather permitting
-Garage storage for all of your outside gear

The main floor is home to an open dining room, living room, and kitchen. Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to pretend like you’re going to cook yourself dinner from scratch! We’d recommend dining at the amazing neighborhood restaurants. The living room is furnished with a nice flat-screen tv where you'll be able to binge-watch all your favorites with your streaming subscriptions. Or better yet, balcony one is just off the main living space and we promise you’ll be fighting over the chairs out there (maybe not, but they are worth fighting for).

On the upper floor you’ll find two bedrooms and the laundry (we don’t like doing laundry on vacation either, but it’s here if you need it). Bedroom 1 features a king-size bed. Bedroom two features a queen-size bed, a workspace (just in case this is a work vacation), and a private balcony--you may not want to share it with the other house guests, but we’ll leave that up to you. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and ensuite bathrooms.

We've partnered with L2 Outside to provide you with the rental of 2 watercraft. They offer the use of stand-up paddle boards, kayaks, and tandem kayaks. Rentals are for 1-2 hours down the Tennessee River. Rentals are weather and water conditions permitting.

We had an excellent experience with this location. Comfortable, spacious, and highly convenient to downtown Chattanooga. Listing was accurate to description. Thoughtful host provided multiple white noise machines which covered street noise nicely. Beds were comfortable as were the linens/towels. Kitchen was stocked with the essentials. Offstreet private parking was very nice. Overall, excellent place to stay, would recommend and would rebook.

We had a great time in Chattanooga, it was a perfect place to spend a long weekend! The townhouse was so easy to find, we literally got off the highway and made two right turns and we were there! The unit is right on the edge of downtown and we easily walked to many of the restaurants and train station-such a great location and surprisingly quiet! It was nice to have a driveway big enough for two cars with the house, but there was always parking along the street as well. This house was very comfortable-lots of stairs and we’re older so we did leave our bags on the main floor (there’s a bench in the dinning area that served this purpose great), but the stairs ended up being fine and we recognized the beneficial exercise 😁. Everything was clean and the kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. Both bedrooms had nice beds/bedding, both had en suits and one had a balcony overlooking the street with a side view of the mountains and sunsets-very nice! We had a great time in Chattanooga-it was a very cool city and we’d certainly stay at Bradley’s townhouse again!

My 5 day stay at this home was perfect. The home is located near great local restaurants, the aquarium , and the riverfront. There are two brand new grocery stores nearby- one is in walking distance. We took a family bike ride to Walnut Street Bridge which was absolutely beautiful!! I highly recommend it. I’m so grateful for the bikes that were in the garage. Lastly, Scottie’s on the River restaurant which is nearby has beautiful views and the food was great! I highly recommend staying at this property! The host has thought of everything to make your stay perfect!

The property was very well appointed and clean. Check in was smooth. There was coffee provided that was greatly appreciated! Beds were great, balconies were great, location was great. The only thing that might be noted is there is a commercial property next door that has pick up trucks that leave early. Not a big dealp, if you're a light sleeper like myself the provided sound machines were nice to help with that. Other than that really nice stay!

Loved this property. Cleanest property I have stayed in. We enjoyed the records. Loved the guest mode tv set up. Walking in the neighborhood was great. Will stay here again in the future and take advantage of the bikes.

Located in the heart of Chattanooga, this townhouse offers the perfect blend of convenience and comfort. Situated within minutes to downtown attractions, restaurants, and shops, it provides easy access to everything the city has to offer. The private driveway was an added bonus!

When we first arrived, we felt like we were walking into the pictures posted for this property. Everything was exactly as represented, and we immediately noticed that it even smelled clean. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We could not have picked a better location to stay during our vacation in Chattanooga. It was conveniently located for all of our activities, and there are several amazing restaurants very close by. We highly recommend this property!

We visit our daughter quite often in Chatt but stay in a hotel. We decided to rent on vrbo for a change and this rental was so nice to stay at and our daughter was able to stay with us. We felt right at home. We were there for just one night, so did not use the kitchen to cook. We would have loved to have played the board games or listen to the record albums had we stayed longer. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean. There was coffee at our disposal for the morning. We didn’t have to worry about a thing, which was so nice! We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This place is 5 star as advertised, the pictures don't lie. Clean and modern, it is more roomy than we anticipated, and yet cozy and comfortable at the same time. We loved all the windows for great views and loads of daylight. We walked everywhere and felt safe! Kitchen has everything you need. TVs are ROKU, so just sign in and start watching. The hosts were easy to contact, and very attentive to our needs. A great location from which to explore Chattanooga or just chill in the city!

Clean, well stocked and nicely decorated end unit perfect for a girl’s overnight. Walking distance to shops and many restaurants. Owners very helpful with suggestions and very responsive communications. Highly recommend!

The condo worked out perfectly for the car show. It was a short walk to the event. But then when we returned in the evening we could easily walk to very nice restaurants in the area.

We booked our stay here because we wanted clean and convenient to visited UT-Chattanooga. The hosts were great, the home was clean, and location was close to everything we wanted to see. We enjoyed the record collection- specifically Wet Willie greatest hits-haha! We enjoyed walking to dinner two nights.. we loved the host’s recommendation, Helly Monty too. Great short trip!

This house is a perfect escape! It's equipped with all essentials for a quick getaway, and we loved using the provided bikes for exploring. The interior is chic with mid-century modern furniture, offering a trendy vibe. Ideal for family sharing, and its location near restaurants is a big plus. Communication with the host was excellent, adding to a smooth check-in experience.

We were in town for the Ironman. My husband and our friends were doing the big race. This place was perfect! Great location to downtown. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The hosts were fantastic. They touched base with us to see if we needed anything. They had a very helpful "house manual" that tells you everything you need to know about the house and surrounding area. Lots of restaurant recommendations. Just all in all great. Would totally recommend staying here.

Two of my longtime girlfriends and I got together here, traveling from 3 different states. We enjoyed the convenience of this condo to many attractions, restaurants and shopping. Everything we needed was supplied by the owners. We had a lovely time and would stay here again!

We had a great 3-generation family girls getaway. Super clean!! Very nicely furnished. Very well-equipped with bar glassware, wine glasses, cocktail shaker, etc that we have found lacking in many previous rentals. Walking distance to many food options - Alleia was a wonderful dining experience.

The property was perfectly located with easy access to both downtown Chattanooga and Lookout Mountain. We also felt very safe and walked to dinner several times. The home was very clean and had all of the little amenities that made our trip easy and fun. Hosts supplied paper products, extra toiletries, laundry detergent, and even sound machines. Beds were comfortable and the kids loved the smart tvs for winding down in the evenings. We would stay here again for sure!

Fabulous townhome! Great location, super walkable to tons of stuff, including downtown. We didn’t cook at all so can’t speak to the kitchen, but the beds were SUPER comfortable!! Definitely recommend.

Its a great location, very comfortable accommodations and comfy beds! the fact that both bedrooms have an ensuite is awesome and the half bath was a nice addition! We used the bikes and rode most everywhere! I have no complaints!

We will be back and we hope to be back at this house. The house was not only clean but the location is PERFECT! you are smack in the middle of everything from nature trails to city life. Everything was so easy to get to. The property owners were super-fast at responding and gave amazing recommendations. We have three children (7,4, and 2) and it was a great get away for just us 5.

Condo location ideal for walking to restaurants and entertainment. No concerns about security. Very clean unit. Nice extras for our stay. Street lights directly out front did become a concern for sleeping. Also traffic and outside noises could be a concern for a light sleeper.
