Place was perfect for our Team members visiting from out of county for multiple months at a time. Offered everything they needed, and enough room to host Team events. Will be using again in the future..

We had a wonderful stay in Green Bay the atmosphere and nostalgia, of this area and of the history is contagious. The location was great we woke up to snow and we made the most of our day... The only thing I would change with this house is a big sectional it needs more places to sit in the living room, since it sleeps ten.....loved the experience.

Very nice location close to Lambeau field and quiet neighborhood

Came with kids and family for the game and it was perfect for walking distance. Home was clean and well maintained. Only thing that we would have liked to see which most VRBOs have is a few essentials like salt and pepper, oil or spare condiments.

No air conditioning on 2nd floor, which is not part of the listing. Television connections are cumbersom. Plan on asking for help. Outdoors are poorly cared for. Lots of weeds. Outdoor furniture broken.
Driveway parking is limited to 2 cars. This is an older house that needs investment.

From the beginning I had trouble with the experience. In January I was contacted and asked if I would be willing to change to another unit, as the one I had put a deposit on, was being rented to a family whose house had burned. I felt guilty saying no, because the other unit only had one bathroom. In April when the remainder of my deposit was due, the property manager, the Ruesch office gave me the number to call yelled at me and said "Take me off your call list and quit calling me" I quickly told her I was trying to make a payment for a property she managed. On the day of check in I was given an incorrect code for the front door. We found an unlocked door into the garage and entered only to find an unflushed toilet. Repeated calls to Ruesch were unsuccessful and I only was able to contact them after a prolonged call into VRBO who got Ruesch on the line. We found missing lightbulbs through out the home, a missing screen on a bedroom window, the downstairs was 59 degrees and the upstairs was over 80 degrees, the thermostat needed a new battery, and the living room lights had the switches broken off so we had to plug them in each time we used them. We were told by housekeeping to not use the washer and dryer. I wish I had been told that prior to arrival. The management team repeatedly said the long term renter had trashed the house and that the maintenance team had worked hard. However the issues left from the previous renter became my problems. The home had a retched smell of cat urine. Our family suffered from the exposure to the smell. The sewer backed up and management sent maintenance who they said would probably not have the tools to fix the problem. The maintenance man came and worked hard. He was unable to resolve the problem. He said he hit sand in a drain. We believe this may have been kitty litter that had been flushed down. We slept with children in the house with the back up in the basement fearful for what fumes we were exposed to. We were unable to shower that night or wash the sheets after that. Every time we flushed a toilet the back-up in the basement increased. A plumber cleared the drain. The cleaning lady worked hard the next day and cleaned the basement. I really do not want this review to be public but our experience could have been managed better. I am not in property management but perhaps routine inspections of properties would help. The management did refund us one night's rent.

Very good. My only complaint would be that the description said only one roll of toliet paper and no garbage bags , toiletries. Yet we had all those things in our house, so a number of us brought extra items that weren’t necessary. Shower rack in first floor bathroom fell off because of no set screw. These are minuscule things and did not affect our enjoyment with our house.
