Absolutely gorgeous remodeled 2 bedroom plus bunk area in Tower 1-307! Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort. This condo sleeps 8. 2 King Masters with brand new luxurious hotel mattresses, brand new master shower. New vanities! New living room furniture, sleeper sectional, new bunk area with hotel mattresses! Full on bottom (twin on top). Sleeper sectional sleeps 2 also! The views are to die for here, and the pictures speak for themselves. We have everything you need in the kitchen - even an air fryer and crockpot! Seriously, just bring you!

Edgewater is a perfectly placed, centrally located resort along Panama City Beach, with tons of amenities in either direction. Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach. Come golf at the Gulf of Mexico! Edgewater features a par-3 executive golf course, basketball hoops, pickleball, shuffleboard, and tennis facilities. Pier Park is minutes to the west and St. Andrew’s State Park is to the east. There are plenty of local shopping and restaurants located close to Edgewater, including Fire Fly, Dee’s Hangout, American Charlies among others located within walking distance.

Excellent place to stay! The only issue was our stay being during Thunder Beach. It was loud with motor cycles riding up and down the main strip right in front of Edgewater. It was hard to sleep! I will say anytime we saw any bikers in restaurants or stores they were very respectful and kind. PCB rolls it out for Thunder Beach.

Beautiful Condominium & Resort!! Loved the beachy decor and furniture, balcony view and chairs were awesome, everything was super clean, kitchen had all we needed, and comfortable beds. The resort was also very clean and we liked the many heated pools! We had ice cream at the on-site store and ate at their restaurant. Many walks by the gorgeous ocean! Farah helped us with all instructions and check-in/ck-out. One of our best vacations here at Edgewater Beach Resort!

The condo was clean, updated, and spacious! It was beautiful and perfect for our family. Kitchen was nice and beds were also comfortable. Bring your own chairs for the beach if you don’t want to pay that high prices that the third party vendor charges for the rent.

The condo is beautiful and very well maintained. My family of 5 stayed here for spring break and had a wonderful time. The chairs on the deck are very nice and we drank coffee out there every morning. Anyone wanting to stay there with more than five is very feasible because the pull out couch could fit four small children or two adults very comfortably. And the bunk in the hall has a full bed and a twin on top so there is plenty of room. Master bathroom shower is very nice and lots of room. They have a bamboo stool in there also which is nice! I would definitely stay there again. The only thing negative I have to say is about Edgewater itself and their new pool rules where you cannot move the chairs to face the sun and they can only go on one direction and they are very strict. Also they are so close together that you can barely put your legs down. And half the pool area is reserved for VIP rentals only. We have been coming here for 20 years now and I was very upset by the regulations out at the pool and there were only two people that rented the chairs the entire week that we were there and half of the pool was saved (wasted)for that reason. But that is on Edgewater! Love love the condo!

We loved the location, view, the home feel. Not commercialized like many places we've stayed. We would recommend a few extra TP rolls/Paper Towels & Trash bags... but everytbing was perfect. Communication was also great. ♡

What a wonderful little getaway for a group of mom’s who needed a little “break”. This condo is in a perfect location with wonderful beach access, pool, and restaurant on site. We were very grateful to have a clean and modern unit to rest in. The updates are fantastic—from the fixtures, furniture, and Smart TV’s. We look forward to enjoying this condo again one day in the future!

This was the best condo we have stayed in over the past 8 years! Beautifully decorated, full kitchen, comfortable beds (major plus) and location! The only thing you need to bring or buy is groceries and beach towels, literally everything else is provided. The host, Farah, was very responsive and accommodating through our entire stay. We'll be back next year!

All up to date appliances, king beds which we loved in both bedrooms, plenty of spacious room to not be overly crowded.. the owner was amazing at answering any of my questions. The overall experience was good, with the exception of some needed items not being available in the condo such as pot holders, dish cloths, pizza cutter, etc. Also, we didn’t have blankets, just a few throws.

Amazing unit!! Very updated, clean, and well decorated. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans and dishes needed. Easy to take the stairs or elevator. Close proximity to the pool, beach and conference center. It was one of the best places we have stayed in Florida!

The property was just as described. Super clean and great proximity to the beach. Parking was right outside by the elevator and the room was just around the corner from the elevator on 3rd floor so it was quick and easy to access. We loved the 2 min walk to the beach. We could pop back up to the room quickly if we needed something! The pools were great for December. 2 of them were heated and 1 hot tub was at a lower temp than the rest so the kids cod enjoy it at night when Temps dip. The condo was also close to tons of restaurants and shops and we didn't ever have to drive more than 15 minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was exactly as advertised, and I couldn't have been more pleased! Condo was well maintained and beautifully decorated. It was fully equipped. The decor was lovely, and we had a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this condo. The Edgewater resort is also beautiful, but it is pricier than in former years we have stayed. They put up a lot of Cabana's around the pool for rental fees and pool chairs with cushions and umbrellas for rental fees cutting down the number of pool chairs available for use without fees. In addition, the restaurant, Oasis prices were sky high with a resort fee attached as well. So, beware of high pricing around the resort. My cost for 2 bagels and the hashbrown breakfast meal came out to 68.00. Another person in our party who ate there for lunch said they paid over $70 for a hamburger and a fish lunch. Now when I ordered I thought the price was going to be maybe around 25.00 so imagine my surprise when the check was 68.00. Apparently, the online menu was not accurate, and they added on resort fees etc... So may want to check on actual pricing beforehand. I used to eat at the restaurant for breakfast every morning when staying at resort and bill was usually no more than 20.00 so definitely way overpriced now.

We stay at Edgewater every year in September and this was the nicest condo we have stayed in. It looks exactly like the pictures. Super updated and decorated perfectly. The sleeping arrangements worked great and the kids loved the bunk beds. The fans in the bunk beds were an awesome touch! We would definitely stay here again. I will say, you do need to make sure to bring extra toilet paper and trash bags. I did because I read that they only supply enough for 1-2 days but we ended up having to buy more of each because they only supply one. Also, having a few extra towels in the bathroom would have been nice as they only had 4. We are a family of 4 so we were constantly washing them. Overall, it was a wonderful condo and the host was very responsive.

This beautifully decorated condo was perfectly clean perfectly located and perfectly comfortable! The beach out front was nice! The beautiful property outside is immaculately cared for. We loved the keyless entry. Oceans restaurant on premises was delicious and service outstanding. We loved this property and will try to use it in the future. Also our rep stayed in touch and answered the one question we had immediately.

Really enjoyed staying here. The room was nicely decorated and clean. The view is great which is why we pick this tower to stay at instead of the other 2 in the resort. Communication with the property manager is also great and they'll keep in contact in case you need anything.
