Home is situated in the middle downtown and not that far from the beaches and restaurants.

The property was modern, comfortable and had everything we needed! We enjoyed our stay!

This was a great house to stay in for a few days when we needed extra space. It's pretty centrally located and we were able to walk to Joe Patti's each day! The location does lend itself to lots of traffic and noise. It's mostly just a problem at night in the master, which faces the main street. But there is a sound machine provided in that room to offset that. The only things that would have made the house better are: TVs in bedrooms, and more/more comfortable seating. The living room has one smaller sofa and 2 chairs. The dining table only has 4 chairs (there's 2 barstools.) A couple more dining chairs and a spacious sectional would make it perfect!

Great house 3bed 3 1/2bathroom, had a few things for kids, we had our grandson who just turned 2 and he loved it, great location downtown, was close to anything we wanted to do. I seen people talking bad about the view, this location is not on the beach so i didnt expect a beach view, but the giant flag across the street at Poe Patti's was worth the view. Host was great sent me messages leting me know the internet was down in the area, and got back to me very quick with any questions i had. Would stay again with family or friends.

Our short visit to Pensacola to visit family, catch a Wahoos game, beach time and good food and drink were all easily accessible here! Cleanliness is top priority for me and this was easily met. We enjoyed our short stay and when we are looking again to visit Pensacola, we will be sure to contact Naomi!

Property was as described. Had all we needed! Clean and comfortable. Beds were great. Amazing to have own bathroom in each bedroom.
Neighbors partied till 5am on Saturday night which was annoying, but no fault of owner.
Thanks for a great stay in Pensacola!

We had some work to take care of for about 2 weeks.
Chose this home due to its cost & space.
Home was perfect for us. Pretty much new.
Very clean, full kitchen for cooking, beds were comfortable & porches made for a nice evening spot to have a sipper.
Only complaint would be rooms need at least a dresser or furniture for setting clothes on.
Parking was a little tight but every home on that street has that challenge.
All in all its a wonderful home.

We enjoyed our stay for 2 nights while visiting the Naval Aviation Museum. We did not have any other plans while visiting so where able to relax at the property and take advantage of places walking distance or short drive from the property. The bedroom on main floor worked great for the grandparents while we where upstairs in master and teenager in the 3rd bedroom upstairs. Be aware there is road noise you can hear in primary bedroom but it is not as load at night and there is a little white noise machine I tought was a nice touch. We picked up food from Joe Patties and also Shoreline foods and made dinner at the house each night. These places are a treat to shop in and fun experience. Also wandered to the pecan place and bakery both in walking distance. Lunch at Nicks was good too and super convenient. Coffee filters are provided but you do need to bring drip coffee. We would stay hear again especially since comfortable for 6 people, clean, comfotable beds, cotton linens and simply appointed. You can see the bay over Joe Patties and nice sunset from balcony from primary bedroom too!

We had a great stay at this property. It is one of the most convenient locations in the area with easy access to downtown and Seville Square (and all of the great dining experiences there!). Travel to Pensacola Beach is relatively easy as well. I highly recommend this property!

We normally stay close to the beach when we visit Pensacola. So, this was our first time staying close to downtown and we do not regret anything about it! We had a great time at this location. Joe Patti's market right across the street was a huge hit for us, since we love fresh seafood and fish. We also went to a Pensacola Wahoo's baseball game (which was a 2 min drive from the place) and the kids had a great time. If you have a little down time, there is a beautiful Veteran's memorial park close by that's worth walking around. The place was very clean and the neighborhood felt safe. The owner was very accommodating to all of our needs. As a family, we have decided this will now be our place to stay every time we visit Pensacola.

This was a new comfy home. We enjoyed our stay. The only downside was there was some construction going on nearby that tried to mess with our serenity as it's close to the harbor, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

We rented two identical homes on this strip of homes for family attending my grandson’s winging. It was about 30 minutes to the Naval museum and close to Restaurants and shopping. Would stay again.

We were there for my son's winging ceremony with the Navy. It worked out perfectly for my husband and I and 3 adult children. I know two couples that are going down for weddings and a winging ceremony that I will be sure to tell them to stay at this location. It was extremely comfortable with each bedroom having its own private bathroom. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch and watching the traffic go by.

The house was great. Clean, tidy and ideally located in close proximity to the yacht club (we had two major regattas) and to some fantastic seafood restaurants. We. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Place was clean and close to down town. Joe Patti’s seafood is a must and it is a short drive to the beaches. A half hour drive to fort Pickens, also a must. Crabs, Flounders and McGuires restaurants are all close and worth the trip. The house was great, the location was very good and the owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. Would definitely do again… thank you

Spacious house
This house is a brand new build. It was large enough for a family of 7, but did not sleep 7 comfortably. Max it sleeps is 6. It was decorated well with comfortable beds and a bathroom and shower for each room.
There were no extra linens. The rooms do not have a dresser for extended stays either.
The location is close to downtown Pensacola. It’s a 15-20 minute drive to Pensacola beach.
The house is on a busy street and there is quite a bit of construction. It faces a seafood grocery store, Joe Patti, who loves his name apparently, because here is a huge Viking ship in front of the grocery store with his name on it and it obstructs your view from the first floor.
The second floor balcony, however, is nice and has views of the bay.
The house has a washer and dryer which was very convenient, but bring your own detergent.
Each shower is equipped with shower gel and shampoo but no conditioner.
The kitchen is nice. Coffee maker is basic. Bring your own coffee grounds, sugar, and creamer.
Overall, for the price, the house was a good choice.

Overall good
This house was very cute and exactly as described. We found a couple remnants from a previous guest. The location was good, we even watched fireworks from the stadium from the front porch. The only negative about the location is being able to hear traffic noise at all hours of the night. Owners were very helpful. Overall a good stay.

Wonderful place
This house was wonderful for my family. Just a few minutes from the beach and could see the bay from our window.
