Quaint three bedroom home on a large corner lot. This is a very friendly neighborhood less than 15 minutes from Downtown. Enjoy the modern kitchen and bathroom and open concept living space. Fully fenced backyard with tons of space and privacy. If you’re looking for a serene, charming place to get away for the weekend, this is the excellent place for you!
Guest Access:
The guests have access to the entire home and large backyard. There is free street parking by the home. Some closet spaces are closed.
There is a Green Egg Grill in the backyard for guest use. We kindly ask guests to bring their own charcoal supplies and extinguish any flames/coals after each use.
The Neighborhood:
Amazing location! This South Austin neighborhood is within two miles from coffee shops, beer gardens, breweries, and a winery. The South Congress, South Lamar, and South First Street locations are a very short ride. Downtown is only 15 minutes away.

- Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee.
- Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind.
- Fireworks are not allowed.
-For safety reasons, lighting candles are not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask to please refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property.
- Pets allowed with a fee per pet - not to exceed 4 pets.
HVAC Rules:
AC: If you would like it cooler in your rental, please allow a few hours for the air conditioner to stabilize by gradually lowering the temperature by 2 degrees each hour, placing the fan on AUTO, and keeping doors/windows closed. This helps prevent the AC from malfunctioning due to the intense Texas heat. Ensure the temperature is not set below 68 degrees when cooling.
HEATING: Please do not heat the house above 76 degrees as this will cause strain on the heating system. Please keep doors and windows closed as often as possible. If the temperature falls below 32 degrees outside, please allow all indoor faucets to drip and keep all cabinet doors open.
