This oceanside property is located in Caffey's Inlet Hamlet, a private subdivision located about 3 miles north of the beautiful Town of Duck and approximately 400 yards from the beach via private access. Our beachfront is the location of a Duck Surf Rescue lifeguard station from Memorial Day to Labor Day. When you're not relaxing on Duck's beautiful sandy beaches, relax in your own private pool and hot tub. Feel the summer breeze from a furnished screened-in porch or in any of the wrap-around decks on both the first and second levels.

A large backyard is kept in a natural state perfect for cookouts and outside activities.As a guest of the property, you have access to the community-owned dock and pier along the Albemarle Sound located across the entrance to the subdivision. From this area, you can fish, kayak, or paddleboard on the sound. And don't forget to come back in the evening to witness radiant sunsets. This home is tastefully furnished and equipped with your family's comfort in mind including a crib, high chair, and other children's furniture and games. Come to Duck Dunes and experience the quaint and family-oriented atmosphere of the Town of Duck.
