About this house rental
Comfortable modern house with secluded outdoor space that includes a pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and fireplace. Inside the house you'll find 4 bedrooms plus a pull out couch that sleeps 11 total. Well stocked kitchen to cook for the whole group. A pool table, air hockey, and foosball table to have some fun. Treehouse for the kids will excite them!
Very short walk to Triangle Aquatic Center, Fenton development (lots of shopping and dining options), and EPIC games new headquarters.
Bedroom 1: Queen sized bed with attached oversized bathroom (dual sinks, shower, tub). Upper Level.
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed - shares bathroom with bedroom 3. Upper Level.
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top) - shares bathroom with bedroom 2. Upper level.
Bedroom 4: King bed - shares bathroom with downstairs living area. Bottom Level.
Washer & dryer on site. Hi speed fiber internet on site.
Pool is open approximately from mid-May to Oct 1 (not heated). During the closed season, the pool is covered with a safety cover (pulled tight with springs, advertisement suggests a baby elephant can walk across it).

We had a lovely time. The outside pool and hot tub were fun areas to visit with extended family. Inside was spacious and comfortable.

The property was beautiful and gave our family a great and beautiful weekend for graduation. Couldn’t have had a better place to stay lots for kids and grandkids to do while we enjoyed each others company.

The entire house and property had unique places to gather and talk without feeling cramped. The kitchen was open and made it easy to serve people so that they could enjoy dining inside the many various places and outdoors by the pool. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our different family members. The neighborhood was quiet the location was near every place we had to go within a few minutes.

Gathering for a very special wedding. Hot tub was a must wish we had the experience of the pool but maybe next time when warmer. Teens loved the games room. Lots of space for large groups

We had the pleasure of staying at the Outdoor Oasis in Cary! There was plenty of room for our family of eight and quite comfortable with parking for multiple vehicles.
The games, puzzles and pool tables gave us plenty to keep us entertained while we were in the house.
Outside, was a treehouse that kept my 3 yr old grandson wanting to go and play in it even when the weather was wet or too cold to climb and play in it. We had planned on using the hot tub and Grill but got too busy with wedding activities and the pool was too early in the season for our stay. You might want to ask about pool towels if you plan on using the Spa or Pool.
Troy was quick to reply to a couple of questions we had and was quickly resolved.
We would use this home again.

The house was clean. We could not use the hot tub at all. It was broken but our host notified us as soon as he knew. We had one issue we contacted the host about and they came and fixed it very quickly. We had a great vacation with our family and made many memories

This property was exactly as described, located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, but still close to shopping and dining. Short ride to Raleigh, where we went to a fantastic candy store and the Butchers Market was great for getting food for grilling. The house is lovely, plenty of room for everyone. We had so much fun in the well-maintained swimming pool and playing in the game room. Very convenient to be able to do laundry so we didn't need to over-pack. Beds were comfortable with plenty of linens and towels for use during our stay. Hosts were extremely friendly and very responsive to any questions or issues. The kids had a blast and the adults had a calm, relaxing vacation. Would definitely recommend this property, Troy and Melissa were fabulous hosts. Make sure to check out the lovely paintings created by Melissa, they add a very homey touch to the property. Thank you again for a terrific vacation!

We enjoyed our family vacation with the pool and being 15 to 20 minutes away from shopping and restaurants in Raleigh and Cary . There was so many restaurants to choose from with so much variety. We wished the mosquitoes were not so bad we would of loved sitting out back playing cards and games in the evenings. We would recommend this for a great family time if you like to swim, family time and being close to cities for eating and shopping. We also did a little hiking.

My family and I enjoyed staying here. The pool and hot tub were a big success. It’s very relaxing and within 15mins of Raleigh which has lots to do (if you want to)! LOVED the game room…we had so much fun and laughs here it was a great family bonding experience!! Highly recommend!

The house was in a nice neighborhood, it was clean, beds firm and comfy. Kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed the outdoor space especially! The pool was great. Host was quick to respond. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

It was a nice stay. The property was well equipped, even for a rainy weekend in we had all the entertainment we needed! There were a few minor inconveniences such as lights out, limited linens and blankets but it was also a very cold and dark rainy weekend. It didn’t change the fact that I’d stay here again and we had a wonderful time.

This was so much fun. The hot tub was amazing. The game room was phenomenal, the kids loved it. Great location, quiet tree-lined street but a quick drive to anywhere. Plenty of room for everyone - 4 adults, 2 young adults (high school/college age), 2 kids. Plenty of places to relax and hang out. A number of interesting books to read and movies to watch. Just a great place.
The host was very easy to communicate with. It was nice to have three full bathrooms, one of which had 2 sinks, so everyone could get ready without feeling crowded.

House was fun with pool table, air hockey, foosball, and some vintage video games. Backyard has hot tub and really neat tree house. Nice neighborhood right down the road from restaurants and grocery store. Owners were very responsive with communication.

The property is a gem! The location was perfect for convenient shopping and dining. Lots of space, I only wish we had more time to spend in the outdoor oasis. For our s'mores galore family night, it was perfect. Troy and Melissa were awesome, very responsive and really tried to make sure we were taken of. Definitely highly recommended!

This home was beautiful. It had so much space for our large family. The jacuzzi was perfect on the cool fall nights. Centrally located from just about anywhere we wanted to go for fun. Troy was a great host and very attentive as well. We will be back to visit family and attend Duke games and won’t even look for another VRBO … this is the spot!!

Property was much larger then expected, photos do not do it justice. House was clean and in great shape, outdoor area is awesome, and overall there are a ton of things to keep you busy at the house. Overall expereince was outstanding and if we are ever back in the area we will be staying again for sure.

Property was located nicely for grocery stores, book store, and other needed items. Wish the weather was better to enjoy the outdoor area. For a larger group would be nice to have few more chairs or sofa to sit in living area to watch TV and visit as weather wasn't good outside. Easy to get to from airport and Troy was very responsive to any requests we asked. Thank You for a nice week.

Troy's house is in a perfect location on a quiet residential street, just minutes away from downtown Cary and close to Raleigh and Durham. My daughter and I spent 2 nights at the house when in town for a concert at the Koka Booth Ampitheater in Cary. The house is 10 minutes from the ampitheater, under 20 minutes from the airport and surrounded by all sorts of shopping, restaurants and activities. It was uncharacteristically chilly before and during our stay, so we didn't use the pool or hot tub, but the house was well equipped for everything we needed. Troy and Melissa were welcoming hosts and the house was really comfortable. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is great, plenty of space for everyone. The game room is very cool and there are several cool spaces to hang out in in the house. The show stopper is the outdoor space, the pool was perfect for us to float around in, there were pool floats available for us to use. The outdoor fireplace was the perfect place to relax at night and enjoy an evening by the fire.
We had a great relaxing weekend and weren’t ready to leave. Would definitely stay at this property again!

This place has everything to entertain the whole family. The house is super close to Triangle Aquatic Center (5mins walk) which worked perfect for us. This is very nice an quiet neighborhood and close to everything. We really enjoy the outdoor area (pool & hot tub) and pool table. Glad we found this place!! Thank you, Troy!!

DIRTY BEWARE!
DIRTY! DIRTY! DIRTY! Thick dust in all rooms, dirty stovetop and inside oven, greasy microwave, soiled countertops, couch cushions underneath full of sand and dirt. Toilets around base and seat connection filthy . Dirty drawers, cabinets in all bathrooms. Overgrown and old leaves outside landscaping not kept up! Pool area dirty, grille and refrigerator unusable. Moldy diving board. Gave private message to owner told they would get back to me it's been a week! Buyer BEWARE!

Perfect for our Family Vacation!
This property was amazing. The Pool, the outdoor patio with BBQ and refrigerator! Then there was the seating area with a beautiful fireplace where we sat and chatted about our day. The house is huge and very clean with ALL the comforts of home! The game room was a lot of fun too. The owners were very helpful from the time of booking till I locked up the house! Any questions, they answered so promptly. If you want to have a beautiful and relaxing vacation, I recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you for a great Vacation.
