My family of 6 made our first trip to NYC. Because of cost we decided to stay in Jersey City. This property was a great "home base" to hop in and out of the city. One day we drove to Journal Station and took the train in, one day a short drive to Liberty State Park and one day we drove into the city. Kitchen was equipped enough to cook a couple of meals. Grocery store was only 5 minutes away. Property owner was very communicative and even let us in a bit early to drop luggage off!

I recently stayed at this property in New Jersey and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed and offering great tips for local dining and attractions. Their hospitality truly enhanced our stay. The location is perfect, offering the best of both worlds: with easy accessibility to NYC. The convenience of having parking available was a huge plus, especially for our trips into the city. The property itself is immaculate and well-maintained, with all the amenities one could ask for. From a fully-equipped kitchen to cozy living spaces and comfortable bedrooms, everything was thoughtfully provided to ensure a pleasant stay. Overall, I highly recommend this VRBO property for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in New Jersey with easy access to New York City. I would definitely stay here again even though it is not a great neighborhood.

The hosts were in contact with me before our trip during our trip and on check out welcoming us and giving us some tips of what to visit. They went above and beyond. The house was so clean and amazing if we come back I will definitely be staying here. They also provided many ways to get to NYC which helped us out a lot

Overall, we have a very pleasuring stay in the house; very convenient location, close to Highway access; clean and neat interior; on site parking is definitely a plus; Jennie is being a perfect host, providing all the information before we even thought about it👍；The only point I deduced is there is no washer or dryer on site, which Jennie provided the GPS of the nearby laundry service right away when we asked. I will recommend this place to my friends when they come to NYC.

Great place to stay for our visit to NYC. House in great condition. The owner took care of alll the little details to make our stay comfortable. When we got rained in, the owner sent recommendations for indoor entertainment for kids. Much appreciated!. We would stay again and definitely recommend to friends and family.

I’ve stayed in a number of private rentals and I’ve had good and bad experiences. Our stay at Jennie’s place was amazing. Place was clean and she was super helpful. There was four of us and there was plenty of space and all the key essentials were provided to make our stay like home away from home. It’s always great when the place you’re staying is as advertised! We would stay again.

Great place for our family if 5 to stay while visiting NYC. What you see in the pictures of the property is what you get. The host checked in with recommendations during our visit which was appreciated. Easy check in. Overall we recommend to anyone!

Loved staying at this property!!! Host provided daily updates, offered early check and accommodated an extra night's stay. Property is well located. Very clean. Very well equipped for rainy days! Our family had a great time. We would definitely stay again. .

This is a lovely place to stay. The hosts were communicative right from the start. There are games and nice TVs to watch. I didn't have any trouble getting Uber or UberEats, but it's central enough for walking to public transportation. Really nice spot that I'd stay at again!

Everything was wonderful as pictured!! This place was very accommodating and it had shampoo, conditioner, and lotion since i forgot mine. Even with the rain, we had some suggested activities that the kids enjoyed!! The neighborhood is very safe!! I would stay here again.

Formidable experience. Everything we ever inquired for even when it was non urgent was literally answered within mere seconds at most a few minutes. They ve pro actively done things for us from checkin schedule to telling us where we could eat in nearby restaurants. A very different experience, indeed the best, simply because the owners care. Our stay was fabulous, Jennie our host was very quick to respond to any questions. The place was impressive and just like the picture on the app. Suggested places of interest by Jennie we visited them and were not disappointed. What you see in the pictures, is what you get. This place was fabulous, it met all of our needs for our vacation to NYC. Great accommodations. The kids enjoyed the huge TVs, and the wi-fi. Very clean and roomy. Great communications with the owner, who replied promptly to all inquiries, and even sent us a daily recommendation messages for places to eat, and things to do. Short drive thru the Holland Tunnel to WTC. Very short drive to Statue of Liberty ferry on the Jersey side. Overall, this is a great place to stay if you are visiting NYC. I would stay here again.... :-)

Property was as advertised, very clean, all amenities provided. About 15 minutes from the Journal Square or Grove St. PATH stations into city. We preferred the Grove St. station just due to food options etc.... Jennie the host was great and super responsive.

This property is exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The hostess was responsive and the place was easy to get to. We were visiting family in Jersey so the location was perfect for us. There were not many stores open in close walking distance. We saw a few markets on the map and walked to them, but they were all closed on a Saturday afternoon. There are a ton of options for food delivery. We would definitely stay here again.

Wee stayed for a week at this house. Very clean and all remodeled!! Jennie was a fabulous hostess!! She helped with places to go and see, directions, and was very attentive to anything we may need. I would stay here again with no problem!!

I took my family to New York. This was affordable and close to the city. The Place was perfect for our kids and family spacious. Lots of games . And so clean it had everything we needed. And more . The host sent me all kinds of places to see and helpful. Information. I would definitely stay here again.

The Apartment was Very Clean and Comfortable for my Famy of 4. Wifi was Strong that was great for the College kids who still had assignments to work on. Ceiling Fans would be great addition. We Cooked our Meals so a Garbage Disposal would have helped as well. The Public Transportation was explained well, but the Nighttime traffic noise was not mentioned. Thankfully the noise wasn't late at night. We can see the investments being put into the community, Good Luck with Everything!
