The property was on the lake, great location! Provides the bare minimum in linens and toilet paper/paper towels! No Beach towels so if flying in plan on packing 1. The downstairs bathroom shower knob wouldn’t turn & only scalding hot water, plumber came out 2 days into trip, 1 day to replace part & knob turned but Still only scalding hot water, 7 adults & 1 infant sharing 2 bathrooms now! Not OK for a luxury house! No response or partial credit as of 9/5/2023 from management company or owner!!!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home by the lake. The view was breathtaking. Everything was pretty clean with a few small exceptions (hairs found in bedsheets, chocolafe found in the couch).

We have never been to Tahoe and wanted to experience snow for the 1st time. This condo was EVERYTHING we could have hoped for. Walking in the front door we we welcomed to this amazing view of Lake Tahoe. The place was very very clean. Our kids loved this place and are already asking to go back. I don’t think there was 1 thing that I would change about it. The perfect place to relax and take in these amazing views.

You will not be disappointed with this property. The views are breathtaking and the neighborhood is very nice. We went skiing on Mt. Rose and Diamond Peak while we were there. We even drove to South Lake Tahoe/Nevada border to visit some casinos. I am disappointed to say that we probably will not rent this place again due to the lack of service and overall care of the property managers. Upon our arrival we were instructed there would be 2 parking passes for our vehicle and there was only one. There are signs everywhere that your car will be towed without a pass. The downstairs guest bedroom that faced the lake and had a balcony had a large mechanical blind that was pulled down and the remote control provided did not work. I immediately called the property manager for help and received no assistance whatsoever. I made several calls throughout our stay trying to fix these 2 items but still no help was provided. My guests that were in that room were unable to enjoy the beautiful view from their room during their entire stay. This again is no fault of the owner but it is important to note that the service during your stay will be non existent. I still rated this property a 4 because it is a lovely place and if the owners seek better management I will happily rent the property again.

House was exactly as promised. Beautiful. Communication with host was pretty much non-existent until the day before we arrived. Simple question never got answered and stressed us out. But everything turned out great in the end.

This house is amazing! Beds are comfortable. View is outstanding. Dishware was terrific. For some reason, we didn't get a parking pass even though we were told one was in the house and even though I contacted the host about not having received one but, fortunately, we were never towed. Additionally, just a side note, if you are making a large meal, like spaghetti, you have to work around only having one large pot. We got through it though. Otherwise, terrific, terrific, terrific place to stay and we would stay there again!

Our family has never been to Lake Tahoe before and this recent stay was a great first impression for all of us. We wanted to make this a very special occasion for hosting Mom's birthday and the whole experience certainly did not disappoint.
The property itself was very beautiful with an incredible view of the lake exactly as it was shown on the listing. The home was very inviting, cozy, and clean with plenty of space for the entire family to comfortably spread out and relax throughout. Check-in was a breeze and most of the supplies we needed were adequately stocked. There's definitely a cozy vibe that greets you when you first enter and everyone was immediately taken aback by the panoramic view of the lake.
The entire home was clean and everything that we needed to cook and/or grill with was readily accessible. There was plenty of space to lounge around both inside and outside the balcony of the home. Couple the scenery with a few libations, and you've got yourself quite a relaxing getaway.
Communication with the property manager from initial booking to well after check-out was solid and prompt. All of my questions and concerns were addressed throughout the process. The one slight negative (very slight and more so due to my oversight) I can think is the first-time process of driving to the property. To be fair, pre check-in instructions did provide specific instructions on how to reach the site. Just be aware that following your navigation blindly may lead to a few misguided turns onto other properties within the surrounding area. There is a little underpass tunnel that you'll have to turn into and drive through to access the row that the house sits on. Other than that, it's really not much of a hassle on subsequent repeat trips. The location of the property itself sits within convenient driving distance from local grocery stores, coffee shops, and plenty of hiking trails.
My family and the birthday celebrant really enjoyed this trip. Every person found their peace, enjoyment, and relaxation throughout this stay and I couldn't ask for a better and more scenic home to spend it in. The worst part about all this was leaving the place behind, but, in the end, we've made a lot of happy memories during our time here. We're certainly hoping to return in the near future, perhaps around wintertime for a different scenic experience. Overall, we loved everything about this home. Thank you so much for such a lovely experience.

We were very impressed with everything about our stay. The house was gorgeous, comfortable beds, extremely clean, and by far the most amazing view! Great location in North Lake Tahoe. And we were able to see a mama bear and her cub in our neighbor!!! Would highly recommend this place and will be returning again soon!

It would have been almost perfect. We missed airconditioning during a 98 f stay but I guess the weather can’t be helped. We occupied 3 bedrooms only the master had television. The 2 small bedrooms had tiny bathrooms and I think y should put grab bars in the one downstairs. It’s dangerous. It would also help to upgrade frying pans and get some salad mixing bowls, in short the cooking utensils should really be updated

Perfect lake property for our family - 5 adults. Looks to be newly furnished. Well stocked kitchen. Amazing views of the lake. Relaxing and space for everyone. Logistics for checking in and out were all easy and stress free. We are a big movie family, nice TV to watch together in the main living area. Nice to have parking for 2 cars. Would stay again and highly recommend.

The Lakeside location was superb. The condo was well equipped and very comfortable. The parking spaces are not marked, and although the unit is supposed to have two parking spaces, people seem to park wherever they wanted and sometimes you could not park in front of your condo. If you go during the summer, be aware that there is no air-conditioning. But it was quiet enough at night that we slept with the windows open. Overall it was a great place and we do plan on returning.

Fantastic house
The house itself was amazing. Great location, beautiful views, very well appointed. The house had everything we needed and more! I’ve never seen a kitchen in a rental so well stocked with everything you could possibly need and everything was neat and clean! The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well and had a great time in our evening dance parties. Never heard the people in the townhome next door….very well built and insulated home.
Only issue we had were the instructions from the property manager.
1) it says park in space #36. There is no space #36. You just park in front of the townhome
2) it says there are 2 parking passes on hooks by the door. There are no hooks. There was one parking pass and it was in a kitchen drawer in an envelope.
3) Wi-Fi network name and password were completely wrong in the instructions
4) it says set heater to 55 degrees in the winter…..what do you do in the summer?
Nothing was really a big deal, just a little frustrating that the instructions seemed to be for a different house. Everything was easily remedied.

Amazing place
This was an amazing condo unit right on the shore of Lake Tahoe. It was beautiful. The views from the family room and master were breathe taking. We will definitely stay here again. Very happy.
