Offering three bedrooms and four beds, this property is ideal for families or a weekend getaway with friends.
The Space:
Natural light fills the living room which flows though bi-folding doors to a sheltered, sun-drenched deck. Outdoor lighting, a Webber BBQ, portable speaker, and balmy tropical weather make this the ideal spot for entertaining friends on long summer nights. Surrounded by palms you could be forgiven for thinking you’ve escaped to an island paradise.
Location wise, it’s an easy stroll to Omanu beach and Mt Manganui Golf Club, with an array of renowned cafes and restaurants to choose from. An incredible and unexpected bonus of this home is Pigeon Pear, the ‘locals secret’ for the best coffee and banana bread – located at the end of the driveway! New World supermarket is within walking distance and Bayfair mall, with it’s brand-new cinema, just a short drive away.
This property has everything you’ll need for a fun and relaxing holiday. Spacious, open plan kitchen design and dedicated space for dining, ensures entertaining is a breeze. Fully stocked with plenty of platters, gorgeous glassware and crockery and even a cocktail shaker, no expense has been spared to ensure you make amazing holiday memories here!
The light filled master bedroom enjoys its own private balcony, a king bed and high-end hotel feel. Other accommodation includes a queen room with beautiful linen and children’s’ bespoke bunk room which is an absolute stand out. White, sheer linen curtains in every room top off the sense of luxury at this home.
The amenities carry through to the bathroom with a bath and separate toilet. A bonus is the hot outdoor shower perfect for refreshing yourself after a long day at the beach. For those looking to extend their stay, a washing machine and dryer provide incredible convenience.
