This place gives a authentic feel of living in woods.. has plenty of space and room for kids to play and enjoy..Rooms were very neat and clean; kitchen was packed with all basic to high end needs - blender, utensils, microwave oven etc and it is very spacious..
Toilets were easy accessible for seniors and kids, living area has a relaxing reclining couch! Air conditioning and heater worked like a gem!
Accessibility to this place: If you are coming late night, make sure you drive slowly as you may miss the home entrance from the road at night; good thing is they have kept a mail box with home number embossed that helped me to get in there to the home.. plenty of parking space; they had a spa but I couldn’t use it due to fall weather..
Game room: packed with all kids friendly and elderly friendly games; I loved the air hockey table a lot which is a bonus 😍
Accessibility to pigeon forge / Gatlinburg is just 30-45 mins drive from here… nearby dollar general, Walmart in 15mins drive and gas stations were in 5-10mins drive max..
Check-in process: Super easy, the property manager is awesome and gave all comfort and details before we start our trip from Texas
About the property manager: they accepted our change of plans and allowed us to move in( they refunded 1 day fee as well when we explained our flight delays during the Columbus Day weekend)
Overall: 5/5 and all star worthy place to stay, relax and explore ..

Everything was great except the pool was not free of algae and the gate to the porch broke but it looked like it was broke in the past and fixed with wood glue. It was peaceful and calm there and i would recommend a stay there for anyone. Thank you.

The home was beautiful and large enough to accommodate our large family. The kids loved the game room. The night we arrived the neighbors dog broke the gate to the front porch. At first we were frightened of the dog, but after speaking to the homeowner found out the dog is friendly and roams the neighborhood. The dog quickly warmed up to us and hung around the yard our entire stay. The front porch has a beautiful view and nice chairs. The front door needs repaired as it is hard to open and close. I was in contact with the homeowner with these issues. She is very pleasant and accommodating. I would suggest replacing the mattress in the second master bedroom and adding more towels and washcloths. The layout of the home is very spacious. We loved the laundry room. There needs to be an outside trash can to store trash. We had a lot of trash bags because we cooked Thanksgiving dinner and most of our meals. We plan to rent this property in the future for another family getaway. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us!

This house was perfect for the weekend getaway! The drive to the house is amazing. The house is as described- very large and spacious, the game room was perfect for the kids, and the kitchen had wonderful pots and pans to cook with. The pool needed vacuuming and a skimmer net which we could not locate so we did not use the pool because of the dirt in the bottom which was a bummer. There were towels in the guest bath, but not enough in the master(s) so I am glad we did bring some along with us. All of the drawers in the bathroom and kitchen of the home need a good scrubbing, but otherwise the stay was nice. The front door sticks so you have to pull up as you are closing it. The yard is wonderful for the kids to play and we enjoyed the peace and quiet after a busy day in town. Pigeon Forge is 30 minute drive away, but completely worth it.

Perfect for Families
We had a great time at Hideaway Haven! The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located as it’s close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, but in a quiet area with great views. It was perfect for our family reunion over the 4th of July. The games and pool were definitely a hit with everyone. The kitchen was set up with everything we needed. We even found beach towels to use! We absolutely recommend to stay there! We definitely plan to book this lovely home again!

Great place to stay!
We spent 4 days here, as a family of 6 We loved it. For us it was a little far from all the things in pigeon forge but not so far We that we didn't enjoy everything. Being able to do activities in pigon forge and Gatlinburg then going back to this wonderful house for the kids to play and swim was so relaxing. So many things for the kids to do while we were there. It was a very comfortable stay. The kitchen was stocked well with everything to make dinner. Our only complaints were there were only 3 towls, only one bathroom had towels. We brought our own for the pool and just used the dryer so it wasn't big enough of a deal to complain. We loved our stay we definitely will want to stay again.

Perfect location
The house was very nice. Close proximity to both Dandridge and Sevierville, but away from the traffic. It in the country. Quiet and beatiful views. Porches on front and back to sit on and just enjoy the outdoors. Spacious rooms and living room area and kitchen. A great value for spending a few days or a week or two in the area.

House is pretty as listing
House listed as described with pictures. Pool was not running but not needed for this trip. Grass needed to be cut but was cut the next day after our arrival after I reached out to the host. There was brown water standing in kitchen sink so I had to clean it out. There was dirty in jacuzzi tub but I cleaned it out. Reclinysofas we're broken. You had to use your hands and pull them out. My boyfriend had to manually force them back close. We met the cleaning company which was nice. Plenty of towels for us to use. Hot water only worked in master bedroom. Already discussed the problem with host and company.
I feel some refund should be given back.
Owner plans to have everything fixed by the end of May. On e everything is fixed, I would love to stay there again.

Spring Break
The house is as described in the add for appearance. The pool was not open as I was told it would be. The jetted bath tub did not work... The button for the jets was broken, 1 chair in the living area has broken front legs, the loveseat sofa recliner only worked on one side, the main sofa had a tear in the arm of it. I had problems with the TV in the master bedroom getting it to work- When I called the owners he did not know how to fix it and just kept telling me that someone told him it was working. After about half an hour I finally got it programed to work myself. The master bed room and living room are the only rooms with remotes for the TV's. The 2nd Master bedroom has no remote and you can only get local TV on it because of no remote. The same is for the TV in the game room. There is no where to put your trash - so they ask that you to leave it in the hall way to the laundry room and garage door. As you go to the master bedroom the trash is sitting right there. It stinks to have garbage sitting in the house. They need to do something with this problem.. I had a baby in diapers. Thank god it wasn't hot. It also needs a good broom and dust pan to sweep with. The broom was useless and the dust pan broken along the edge for clean up.

Great girls weekend
Great place to stay for some downtime to get away from everything. Nice to have a kitchen when we didn't want to go out, however there were great places to eat close by. The game room was a nice option for some competitive fun. Can't wait to go back later in the summer to enjoy the pool outside.

Perfect Getaway Spot!
This was a great place away from all the busyness, but a short drive when we wanted to go into town. Fun options for downtime entertainment in the game room and we took advantage of the kitchen and made meals there. Would definitely go back!
