This lovely very spacious frontline golf villa is situated in a quiet area in the very heart of Nueva Andalucia but still only a 5 minutes drive to Puerto Banus and the beach.
Thanks to its location and large private territory it offers total privacy: its facade is overlooking the golf fields and the mountains and the two neighbouring villas also have huge gardens. You won't bother anyone if you hold a party or an event.
Outside there is a large parking space and the garden surrounding the villa. There is a large swimming pool with area for the kids. The pool is divided into upper and lower parts connected by a water slide. Great fun for the kids and for the adults!
The villa is distributed over 3 level counting in total seven bedrooms, all perfectly equipped and decorated with art objects. All levels are connected by a staircase and by a fully functional elevator.
On the lower level the property offers two bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom and access to a private terrace and the garden), gym, table tennis, sauna, heated indoor swimming pool.
Ground level: Spacious living room with separate dining area, with fireplace opening onto the terrace and with access to the large impeccably maintained gardens and swimming pools, dining room, several terraces, kitchen, laundry room and staff quarters with shower, double bedroom, en-suite bathroom, large wardrobe area, terrace.
First Floor: Master bedroom with TV, terrace and en-suite & 2 more bedrooms leading to private terraces with incredible mountains and golf fields view. You are welcome to dine and wine at these terraces or just have a drink enjoying sunsets.
Its an Ideal family home, also great for those groups who prefer to have total privacy yet stay nearby all infrastructure which Marbella and its surroundings are to offer.
