The Space:
WHY WE'RE REALLY INTO THIS PLACE
This is out first project to build from the bottom up so we finally got it just as we know you want it. In close collaboration with local design heroes Indretningsfabrikken we finished these 12 beautiful and diverse apartments in July and August 2020 with a bold and functional bright Scandinavian design. Just a 5 minute walk from Tivoli, the town hall square and the central station this is as central as it gets in Copenhagen and still just a few steps from the perfect weekend stroll around the lush city lakes.

A TOUR OF THE PLACE
In a residential building on Dahlerupsgade the penthouse is situated on the third floor with access to the small elevator. From the bright hallway you will use your digital code to enter the apartment through the private entrance.

In the entrance you can hang your coats, leave shoes and store luggage. The two new and spacious bathrooms are connected to the entrance area.

The open kitchen with a full set of appliances and amenities allows you to cook full meals for everybody. The big dining and lounge area has plenty of space for all to share a meal or watch a movie together on the 50” flatscreen TV connected to AppleTV with free Netflix. On warm summer nights the huge french balcony allows for a nice breeze throughout the livingspace.

There are three regular bedrooms all with great natural light and fresh air windows. Master bedroom has a kingsize (180x200cm) bed, second bedroom two single (180x200cm) beds and third bedroom a bunkbed with two fullsize (90x200cm) beds all with a hypoallergenic pillow selection and warm duvets.

In the livingroom the sofa unfolds to a high quality queen size (160x200cm) bed in case you need sleeping space for eight.

The Neighborhood:
Just a five minute walk from Tivoli, the town hall square and the central station this is as central as it gets in Copenhagen and still just a few steps from the beautiful inner city lakes. Established in the 17th century as defenses the five lakes are now many locals favourite breathing space. A stroll around the different lakes will take you to the many diverse quarters of Copenhagen with multiple possible stops for great coffee and more. Getting around is easy as the new Metro city circle line stops at the Town Hall square and will take you to almost all the interesting places of the city within minutes.

Nice location and a very user friendly access. The place was ideal for our family. We would suggest a few small items like hooks for towels in bathrooms, and enough garbage bags and dishwasher tablets for a weeks stay. Would certainly rent this pace or another one of their properties when we return to Copenhagen

Our family of five stayed for ten days in late May, 2024. The apartment was advertised as a "penthouse," but it was on the 3rd floor. There was a real issue with ventilation: in one bedroom, a small window could open only a few inches; in a second bedroom, one of the two windows was sealed shut and the other one could open only a few inches; in the third apartment, both windows could open only a few inches. Leaving them open at night for ventilation let in lots of traffic noise, plus lowering the blinds since it became bright outside at 4:30 am led to lots of rattling sounds. As a result, we needed to keep the windows closed, which made the rooms extremely stuffy. The owners said they could do nothing about this problem. In the small hallway leading to both bathrooms, a bright light came on automatically with a motion sensor: very disturbing when you're trying to help yourself return to sleep. Here, too, the owners said there was nothing they could do. (We eventually taped a black t-shirt over the light.) One bathroom had no shelves for any storage (e.g., hairdryer, shaving kit). The neighborhood is nondescript and commercial, with the nearest interesting things (a park, a nice area of shops) being several blocks away. The owners did provide fresh towels when asked. Their online handbook is very clear. The showers and appliances all worked. Wifi was good. I would choose another apartment next time.

The arrangements for access and the instructions were extremely easy to follow. The apartment was spatious, clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and we look forward to staying in apartments managed by this group again!
