The apartment is located on the fourth floor (with lift) of a beautiful building located in the central Via Vacchereccia in Florence. This is a very elegant house, with a refined style, which has been furnished with the utmost attention to detail using tailor-made furniture of fine workmanship. The apartment consists of a beautiful living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms (two with double bed and one with two single beds) and two complete bathrooms with shower. The pictures in this listing are accurate. This is a 3.5 - 4 Star spacious property with potential to be more. Previous reviews stated lack of basic supplies, issues with A/C and tv, and mosquitos…which I ignored. Big mistake. The apartment had mosquitoes and most of the adults endured many bites. The bed pillows are flat, and there are no extra sheets or towels. The A/C in one of the bedrooms didn’t work and this was after our host sent someone to look at it. The apartment had no cleanser, extra toilet paper, or a clean sponge. I called our host contact and she got back to me immediately (very responsive) and had paper bags, garbage bags, and a new sponge brought over, but I wasn’t happy about the bare necessities. You just expect more when you’re spending $2k on a vacation rental. It’s suppose to be your home away from home, right? So…clean apartment in a great location…steps from Uffizi Museum and piazza Signoria, but don’t expect any extras.

The location of this apartment is perfect. You are right in heart of Florence. Easy walk to everything. Apartment is updated with modern amenities, kitchen is well equipped and there are several televisions throughout. Master bath and shower are also very nice...If you're looking for a conveniently located apartment where you can just drop your stuff and explore Florence, this is a great spot.

Lovely bright apartment- great location- responsive contacts when extra blankets were needed. Minor item - could use more cooking utensils- no spatula, mixing bowls, wine opener etc. but we managed. Thank you Luxury Signoria.

We stayed in the apartment for 29 nights. This was a different experience than our other apartments in that the owner is not your contact. You are working with a company, and they provide you with a WhatsApp contact. We had a wonderful time although not a good start as upon arriving we waited over 20 minutes in the rain and cold to be let into the apartment as our contact had an issue with another apartment. After that most of our requests and questions were answered quickly and with satisfaction. They were great at ordering taxis for us! The apartment is large, clean, bright and with an enormous amount of storage space. The kitchen is only modestly stocked, no scissors, which would really be helpful. There is no welcome book with instructions, restaurants, sites, etc. They do not provide any extra blankets that are not already on the bed. They did provide an American coffee pot for our use which I really appreciate! There are several coffee pots to choose from, and a toaster and microwave. We loved the brightness and the location and would stay again.

We enjoyed our time in Florence while having the apartment as a home base. It was very clean and what we expected. The only issues we had were that there were 5 people booked and we had only 4 sets of towels. When we requested more, we were told it would be €15. The other minor issue is that we were told we would get instructions on what to do with the garbage, and didn't have any garbage bags. Overall it was a great place and would recommend it!

The property was wonderful. Vladimir and Edoardo were patient. accommodating and thorough. Towels. Hot water. Water pressure and a beautiful apartment. Couldn't ask for more. The apartment was on an upper floor which made it all the more special but some may have issues climbing stairs. Good thing there is a small lift!

We only stayed two nights at this property, but were thrilled with the lovely decor, the amount of space, and the comfort and amenities provided. Communication leading up to our stay was great and having the ability to check in a little early was a plus. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Florence with a small group.

Communication with the property manager was difficult as they seem to be short staffed. The apartment is perfectly located, which was wonderful. However, couple issues we encountered during our visit which were problematic. Mosquitoes made sleeping unpleasant. It’s an old building with an ancient elevator - we’d gone grocery shopping and one of the other units neglected to properly shut the elevator doors. This meant elevator was not working and we had to walk up to the 4th floor with bags of groceries…..

The apartment was just lovely and right outside is a bustling piazza with loads of restaurants. We enjoyed having a nice family room where we could comfortably enjoy the late evening. Will definitely be back.

The location is awesome. Elevator did not work at check-in, this is a 5th floor apartment and that caused some serious concern. One of the AC units was not working at check-in but they did fix it immediately. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

Excellent central location but couldn’t describe as luxurious. Poor kitchen facilities - no tea towels and no bottle opener? Florence famous for wine, but we couldn’t open the bottle. Italian lift to fourth floor quite claustrophobic with no emergency buttons should it go wrong. Second bathroom minimalistic. Florence is beautiful though.

We all loved this place! It was our favorite out of our 2 week trip. So nice to have an elevator, very spacious, quiet, cozy living room, washer/dryer, easy to walk everywhere, and the a/c worked GREAT!!!

We were in Florence for three nights, and this apartment couldn't have been more perfectly located. It is right on a major tourist plaza. We easily walked to the Duomo, the Ponte Vecchio bridge and every other place we wanted to visit. The check in was easy, Checking out was equally easy. Everything about the apartment is consistent with the images online. And everything worked - including the WiFi and especially the AC! We stayed during August when it was HOT, HOT, HOT and we would have died without it. Totally recommend this place!

Excellent communication with the owner beforehand. Apartment exactly as described. Couldn't be more central. Quiet in the apartment. Air conditioning worked! Lift access to apartment. Good support whilst staying (taxi access query, washing machine info). Very happy.

Good news. The location is great. Accommodations are good. Bad news- the management was really bad. The list is: The big frustration- fridge and freezer didn’t work. We noticed it at check in and mentioned it to their staff. He said he would take care of it. He then shared a number for me to call to schedule the repairmen. The contact didn’t want to come out - as if it was my job to fix the problem. The fridge ended up working a day and a half later but after all our food spoiled. The freezer never worked. A bathroom door was stuck open. After trying to fix it, the staffer said just shut the door in the hallway - which had no lock. Cleaning crew was still cleaning thirty minutes after scheduled check in. Though we were out hundreds of euros between the food that spoiled and having to eat out, there was no effort to fix the problem or help. They ended up sending a repairman 4 days into our trip and didn’t fix anything. The communication was awful throughout. Also there weren’t basic items provided- like trash bags or instructions for the house. I would say the apartment location and set up is good, the poor management makes it a bad booking. You can tell they run many locations and there is no pride in providing true hospitality. Tourists are treated as expendable. Not worth the risk in my book. I’d find a different place.

This was a beautiful apartment in the perfect location! Separate family room, large air conditioned rooms and a well appointed kitchen made for a very comfortable stay. It was quiet even though it’s in the right in the Piazza de la Sinioria which offered lots of great eating and shopping options nearby. Would absolutely stay here again.

If you are looking for a great place in a great location, this is it. The apartment is spacious and clean. My wife and I were traveling with another middle aged couple and the setup was perfect. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!

Can’t imagine a better location being more central located to all the attractions. Step out the door and restaurants are everywhere you look. Live entertainment nightly. Nothing, including the Academia Museum, was more than 15 minutes away. You will love this location!

We were thrilled to see how lovely this apartment was. Bright and cheery and clean with lots of room. It is so well located. The kitchen could use with a few more supplies if you’re staying for longer than two days.( we were there for a week). You can’t go wrong with renting this unit.

This is a beautiful apartment steps away from Ponte Vecchio and Piazza della Signoria. The air conditioning worked well and was needed during the hot weather in August. Comfortable beds, spacious apartment, high ceilings, well equipped kitchen, washer. On the 4th floor and so not too loud from the street (there is an elevator). We were very comfortable and will be back!

This apartment was perfect for our family vacation in Florence! Plenty of room for the 4 of us, clean and more importantly with good functioning AC’s (it was 38* Celsius during our stay). Perfectly located giving us access to most of Florence’s main attractions and shopping!
