Summary:
This lovely holiday home is set just behind the main street making it a mere 300m stroll to the main shopping precinct and bustling cafes of Anglesea, Linen and WIFI included.
The Space:
Combine this perfect location with wonderful views of the Anglesea township and Point Roadknight, and you'll soon see this is your ideal home away from home, with Smart TV, linen & WIFI included for your convenance. Upon entering the property you will find yourself in the open plan kitchen/living/dining room, once you open the curtains this property will give you the wow factor you expect from a holiday home with its uninterrupted views. The kitchen is bright and spacious and has a microwave, kettle, and toaster for your convenience. The 8 seat dining table means there's room for everyone to gather around the table for meals. Moving through to the living area, it has two super comfy couches, a TV, and a DVD player so you can host the movie marathons, or stage the holiday games tournament with the many board games the owners have provided. The living area has a slow combustion wood fire and air conditioning so you will be comfortable at any time of the year. The living area has two sliding doors that open out onto an expansive deck, the perfect place for long lazy breakfasts or enjoying the balmy Anglesea summer nights with a glass of vino and loved ones. Off the living area is a family bathroom and separate toilet that has a sky light so it is always bright. The property can accommodate eight guests in comfort as there are four great size bedrooms all with BIR's. Downstairs you will find a bonus rumpus room where you'll also find the 2nd bathroom. This second bathroom is the perfect place to wash the sand off after a day at the beach. This property is set on a large grassed block with undercover parking for 2 cars and plenty of room for the boat, bikes, and kids to play. Although pets are considered upon request at this property, please note there is not a secure fenced yard. If you want to come on a beautiful family holiday to Anglesea and the Great Ocean Road, this property will not disappoint, as an added bonus linen is supplied, all you need to bring is your beach towels!

Payment Terms – (Excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.
Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.
Guest Access:
On the day of your arrival you will receive a text providing you with the details for check-in, including the location of the key safe and its code. You should receive this sms at approximately 9am. In order for this sms to be generated you need to ensure that you sign and return the confirmation as well as provide us with a copy of your identification.
