The location to the beach was fantastic. The room was very large and spacious. Everything on the surface looked great.
All of the appliances were very loud. There was sand all over when we 1st arrived. The map for the sanctuary isn't accurate, doesn't show where the amenities are. Where's the gym? Didn't know there was a kid pool up front till almost our last day.
Where do you wash off your feet after the beach? TV in the kids room has no remote, only plays 1 channel, & not a kids channel. A lot of the extra pillows had stains on them, a few looked like blood. Few of the plates actually had crusted food on them, & were just put back in with the clean dishes.

It was a good trip because we made the best of it. The pool wasn’t open even though it’s advertised to be open mid May. The kids were devastated to drive ten hours and stare at a pool from our balcony that was closed on 80 degree days. The bed in the back bedroom was so hard our backs still hurt from it. It was literally just like sleeping on plywood. The knobs on the stove had
No numbers or directions so we were blindly turning it on hoping we were getting the right burner at the right temp. The worst part was paying all that money thinking we’d be paying by the pools all week and they were closed and no one seemed to care at all. We’ll definitely go somewhere else next time and the parking SUCKS
Oh and we had to restart the WiFi motom maybe 10 times

The condo was beautiful and steps from the beach! It had more than enough room for the 8 of us
The details say that you give you enough paper towels toilet paper and dish soap to start off. Each restroom has less than a half of a roll of toilet paper. Lol it would of been nice to start with a full roll. But that it out only complaint
