This retreat is all about privacy - its prime corner location allows guests to enjoy a secluded spot away from all the hustle and bustle. Additionally, you will be within walking distance of coffee shops, a variety of restaurants, ice cream, and local shops. Inside, central AC and cooling tile floor offers respite from the heat and an inviting, open layout to unwind after a day of sun and fun. Kick back on the living room sofa while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the wall-mounted smart TV. A beautiful, custom cactus flower mural adorns the four-seater dining nook and the kitchen features everything needed for planning at-home meals. In-home essentials include free WiFi and shared laundry facilities can be found on-site.

THINGS TO KNOW
If you choose to bring a dog, it must not be more than twenty-four (24) pounds in weight or stand taller than twenty (24) inches. They are not allowed in the pool area, must be on a leash at all times when outside of the vacation rental, and relieve themselves along A1A sidewalks.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
