I want to love it. It was pretty, common areas clean like towels bed ect. Although floors and counters looked dirty. Beds SUPER HARD. If you like firm mattress then this is the place for you. I have bulging discs in my back and I was in a lot of pain. When I brought this up to the host they responded with telling me I was the first to ever say that the bed was uncomfortable and stayed without “proof” I had a back issue there was nothing they could do. All I asked was if they have any mattress toppers. The toilets clogged, the showers only stays hot 5 mins so if you take quick showers shouldn’t be a issue. But if you’re a group don’t expect to get hot water. The kitchen sink resembles outhouse sink. Water gets everywhere trying to wash dishes. All I can say is it’s very pretty and secure with front gate. A but of a ant issue. Everything else was honestly not a great experience.

Property was exactly what we expected from the listing. Tania, our host/property manager/de facto concierge was excellent and very helpful in organizing extras and very responsive to anything we needed. The cleaners did a great job every day and were in and out without any fuss. Downsides: Pool was a bit too chilly to use as we had some rain and one of the bedrooms is quite small (but was quite comfortable for sleeping only). Would definitely recommend this property.

I stayed here with a group of 7 in their mid-20s and we had the time of our lives. First: NICO IS INCREDIBLE. Top tier chef and he has knowledge of the area and knows the house very well. He became one of our friends during our stay. Tania, the house manager, is the best as well. She scheduled taxis to get to Taboo at 1 AM for me one time. She is so accommodating and made sure any possible inconvenience we had was taken care of. We were able to rent ATVs and bikes within the same day right from the house. If you're like us and planned this as your "luxury" vacation of the year, your money is well spent here!!! It felt very luxurious and as our first time in Tulum it felt like the perfect choice. The house itself will not disappoint. It seems like it was designed perfectly for a luxury stay. Spacious, functional, and an amazing aesthetic. I'm telling you this was the best way to do Tulum. It's a 20 min ATV ride from the beach and the beach strip which is perfect for a unique yet fun experience. The house is located "in-town" and in a neighborhood with similar-style houses. I felt safe the whole time. I would 10000% stay here again. Everyone had the best time. Thank you so much for the great stay!!

The perfect property for an unique, jungle retreat

Just got home and already want to go back! No complaints whatsoever. I was traveling with a group of 8 persons and the house was accommodating to everyone. I could have not chosen a more perfect home to stay in Tulum. Felt very safe at all times, internet worked very well. If we needed anything at any time our host would respond within the hour or so, if not quicker. The house is great for those looking for a social media moment. The outside of the house is beautiful and so relaxing, with no constructions around. The chef service was so great and food was so delicious, we felt true luxury staying here. We enjoyed a yummy and different breakfast each day, and we got some drinks and a couple of dinners during our stay. It was just amazing having this service for very reasonable prices. Can’t wait to hopefully come back in November for my birthday!
